I was very sceptical about trusting anyone after being scammed. I shelved the idea of any claim.
I am so pleased I took the initiative to trust Skye and her team at Elite Chambers with my claim for some kind of compensation after so many years of seeing the money I invest as a write-off.
The service I received was not only successful and financially more than I expected to receive, but was provided efficiently, quickly and very professionally.
I cannot recommend their services enough.

It was extremely stressful when I realised the company I had invested in had failed. Throughout the period of seeking compensation I have received immense and sensitive support from Charlie and Skye. And ultimately, of course, from Michael Levy who successfully pursued the claim for compensation. Many, many thanks to them all.

As a born sceptic I didn’t have a lot of confidence in retrieving investment funds in a failed company? But I have to credit Elite Chambers for their success with my claim with the FSCS. What has made my experience good is that the Financial Services Compensation Scheme has now paid me compensation for some of the money I lost in a failed company. Overall I have recovered three quarters of the money lost and that is taking into account the fees of Elite Chambers .

I've been in touch with Elite Chamber's over the last couple of years as they were dealing with a complicated miss sold investment on my behalf.

I got in touch with Elite Chambers in 2020 with regards to what I thought to be an mis sold investment I had made in 2018. They took on my case under a no win no fee scenario. I was kept informed through out the process, which I must admit has been a long drawn out process, the FSCS kept wanting more and more documentation, anyway the wait was worth it and yesterday I received the compensation for the Investment.
My thanks to the staff at Elite for all they did for me, especially Skye and Dan who were like a dog with a bone, never giving up. THANK YOU so much.

I am writing this after a disastrous 19 month wait to only then find out that someone actually closed my case without questioning me about anything to do with the case.
In the meantime I was getting regular monthly emails advising me that “we are still working on your case and that you are not required to do anything at this point.
We will continue to update you regularly on the progress of your case and contact you if we require any further information from you.”
After 15 months of the above I finally contacted Elite in early December ’24 to enquire where they were with this and why was it taking so long, only to be told that it was closed back in Feb ’24. I am still awaiting a response as to what went wrong here and why wasn’t I contacted at all during this period. That’s almost another 2 months now !!!
I was back in touch with the Company that I was taking action against regarding another issue and they stated that they had no legal action taken against them in my name.
I would give Elite a high negative score if possible.
I am a retired C.A. and in my time have dealt with numerous firms of solicitors but Elite are by far the worst with dreadful communication …apart from the monthly emails saying that we are still working on your case”... which of course they weren't.
I am now starting legal action against them.

My claim with Elite Chambers has now been running for nearly 2 years.
They haven't given an update since April last year.
I will NEVER advise anyone to use this service, it's a waste of my time.

You are charging alot 30%, and at the end Customers still loose money as the fees are higher.
