A nice experience
We contacted Elitax when we realised how complicated it was to declare income tax in France for the first time when living abroad. They responded rapidly, were helpsom and easy to communicate with. They provide a personal and efficient service. I do highly recommand them!

Excellent Support for Complex Cross-Border Tax Filing
I had an excellent experience working with Elitax.
Eliane and her team were professional, responsive, and very clear throughout the process. My tax situation involved cross-border U.S./France issues, and they handled the file with care, precision, and patience.
What I appreciated most was their ability to explain complex points clearly and to guide me through each step of the filing process. I felt well supported and in capable hands from start to finish.

Easy and friendly
Very easy and friendly experience. The intro call was informative as well. Being a foreigner filing taxes in France for the first time, Elitax was able to provide a peace of mind. I was told to leave everything to them even the filing and mailing. Good service. I was also surprised with the cost, affordable and off to a good start so far.

I would strongly advise against using…
I would strongly advise against using this company. They once provided excellent service, but since my tax consultant left, communication has completely broken down. They continue to take payment yet deliver no support or results. While the assistant is polite and sympathetic, the owner takes no responsibility and fails to act.
