Very good start but poor finish
I had a really positive interaction at the beginning of the process with the introduction meeting. I received very pertinent information and it was helpful. Once the tax return was done, the follow up became a little bit harder and not as exhaustive. Ha tried to reach people on a few occasion and never got a reply.

Professional, efficient and helpful experts
I have used the services of Elitax for several years now and I am always impressed by the team's professionalism, their expertise and how helpful they are. They also speak perfect English which is a real help, as I am not confident using my French just in case there is a misunderstanding or mis-communication on my part. Elitax took over from my previous tax adviser in Paris a few years ago and they have provided me with a much more professional service, helping me through the transition. Elitax right choice at the right time !
Elitax assisted me with my taxes. The company made the process hassle-free and uncomplicated.
even though i approached them 1 week before the tax filling closure, they managed to meet the tight deadline and submitted the filling on the due date.
They also have thorough understanding of double taxation implications which is not so intuitive for a "stranger" just settling down in another country.
a special thanks to Irma JOSEPH, Stéphanie Mensah-Zukong and Handy Gomes Monteiro who helped me thru out the whole process, explaining me each step and keeping me up to date on my case.
If you want to eliminate your tax uncertainty and do it with a minimum of effort, I highly recommend Elitax. This is where they excels !

Very unprofessional
I had a free consultation booked with one advisor. The advisor was late without letting me know. After 15 minutes of waiting for her I wrote her asking if we are still having the consultation. She said she will call me a bit later as she is on another meeting. I dont have problem with the meeting being rescheduled or late but would expect to be informed about that in advance.
The call then went well but I had an additional question after the call and she replied to me after 2 months!! I mean why would I work with your advisor if they reply after 2 months? I would definitely not recommend this to anyone.
