A total joy to order from
A total joy to order from. Outstanding customer service, responsive to emails, really (in my experience, including of eurorack module problems / exchanges) go the extra mile. I rate elevator. Would order from them by preference, even if they weren’t consistently nailing the best prices anyhows. Have seriously been tempted to drive down for a visit from York.

A perfect shopping experience!
Marco replied my emails very fast, and he patiently answered all my questions. The payment via bank transfer went smoothly and the order arrived in perfect condition. I bought the "Volca beats individual output mod" and it's a neat little box! This is a company I will return to in the future.

Never experienced such helpful customer service. Any questions I had, were answered in minutes via email. Reassurance from staff and constant updates about my order made my purchase with elevatorsound a pleasure.

Honest, unpretentious, knowledgeable.
Being a complete novice in this area, I found Marco not only helpful but patient.
I could tell his advice was coming from someone who genuinely wanted to help and wanted me to get the most from my purchase.
I would recommend elevator sound without hesitation.

Marco and James are always so helpful, if they don't have it... they will do their best to get it for you! Gotta love their passion for the things they sell.
If you like machines that make noise, go to Elevator Sound!

As a new producer of electronic sounds i have in all honesty not felt sold to in any way, its all about my needs, which, is the help i was after, and the opportunity to talk to and meet so many people is unique and way better than this web thing every day ........

Simply a great Synth Shop
Helpful staff, good prices and great customer service. Marco and James know their stuff and are more than happy to let customers jam away on the gear in the shop or simply have a chat. A very open attitude in what can sometimes be a very elitist hobby.
