Elevatorsound Recensioni

My first purchase was dispatched super quick at no extra cost and a nice friendly hand written note thanking me for my support. I’m please I found this independent shop. We should all support. I ordered another item today and tracked to be here tomorrow. Great small business.

Friendly and helpful staff. My order was dispatched quickly and arrived without any issues, and even had a friendly note which made it feel more personal.

A fantastic business never too busy to answer queries by phone or in person, a great selection of modular gear at reasonable prices, everything ive ordered from the website has arrived the next day.

I've purchased a number of items from Elevator Sound and they have always been great about shipping and keeping me informed about any delays etc. With my last order I had to return an item which was faulty and I have to say that the customer support experience was outstanding! The store manager Benjamin was really quick to respond and deal with the return.

It's quality service and the personal touch that keeps you coming back to a business, something I expect to be doing for a long time to come.

Fantastic company. Have gone out of the way to provide me with items which are hard to find or generally out of stock everywhere.

Always keep me up to date with what is going on, super fast dispatch and stuff arrives at my door quicker than other companies.

Excellent eurorack shop. Great value, friendly and quick to mail out.

I can't speak highly enough about my recent shopping experiences at Elevator Sound. Everything was handled with seamless professionalism and a genuinely warm touch. It's evident that the staff at Elevator Sound are not only knowledgeable but also passionate about their work and the products they offer, making the shopping experience uniquely enjoyable.

The range of modular synths available at Elevator Sound is particularly noteworthy. Their selection is broad and caters to both newcomers and seasoned enthusiasts alike. The team went the extra mile for me, securing a special order for an item that was hard to find, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction and their ability to meet specific needs.

Supporting small businesses is more important than ever, and companies like Elevator Sound underscore why. They're a cornerstone of our communities, bringing not only economic benefits but also a personal touch that enriches our shopping experiences. During my next visit to Bristol, a trip to Elevator Sound will undoubtedly be on my agenda.

Supers efficaces, délicats, coordonnés [petit prix, envoi rapide et soigné].
Je recommande vivement.

Lovely store to visit! I used to live in Bristol and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The website is also extremely useful for those getting into modular/looking to buy modular, very well organised good categorisation!

Customer service also quick to respond & helpful, would happily recommend to anyone with peace of mind.

I've now had several interactions with Hamish and Elevatorsound, necessitating a review. He really has gone above and beyond as a vendor/business to parse what I'm trying to achieve with my setup and spent time responding to each of my increasingly mis-informed email requests with a clear-eyed knowledge of the (at times nebulous) world of modular. The shop prices are objectively competitive with other outlets in the same sort of arena, but you should always support these types and I've recently spent a little bit more with Hamish than i might at DV247; because DV247 are Bad and Not Good and have awful, disingenuous or entirely absent customer service. Speaking from very recent (and apparently quite bitter) experience!
In other news, Elevatorsound regularly surprise me with how quickly stuff arrives! I ordered yesterday from Bristol it arrives in West Sussex the next day. Some may see Elevatorsound, therefore, as a contributing factor to GAS. They'd probably be right.

I can't recommend these guys enough, I had a preorder with them for the best part of a year, absolutely no fault of theirs, the supplier has fallen off the map, but they've consistently kept me up to date, fought my corner to try and resolve, and generally been gentleman about the whole thing. Always got the feeling that my interests were at the heart of it and that they weren't just trying to keep my cash. Finally gave up with waiting for the supplier and they gave great advice on an alternative and got it to me in a heartbeat.

Hamish, James and Ben are exactly the people you want to deal with when shopping online and made the experience feel like I was walking in and welcomed into a real store.

Will absolutely be coming back and anyone reading will do well to do the same. Thanks guys

bought a Blackbox.
Spot on service, will use them again

Couple of modules arrived today. Great stock, great prices and next day delivery - and a little hand-written note thanking me for my custom. Love the personal service.

Having been let down by a big German seller, gave Elevator an order, as they had a Morphogene in stock. Arrived insanely fast so very happy (+ love that module) Great service.

An absolute pleasure to deal with. The guys there offer a service which you’ll struggle to find elsewhere, especially from larger scale companies. Would 100% recommend, any issues just give them a call and they’re always willing to do all they can to help! A+++

I can absolutely recommend this company,
First class customer service and Rapid delivery.
Buy in confidence,I bought an item from another store and it was the worst experience ever, went to Elevator Sound (online) and litteraly had the best experience buying a Synth ever.
I'll be buying from these again,
Notable mentions to Benjamin and James for resolving a teeny issue rapidly .
