I've had this hair curler since 2020 and I'm very happy with it. Clients also ask me to work with it. I love that tool.

It is a good product, not brilliant. I bought it for my work as a session stylist. It doesn't give as much body as I had hoped but it gives some.

Received my Elevate Pro and it had a few small defaults I returned it and received a replacement which is great works well easy to use and lightweight the only negative is that there was no reply paid postage so was $14.00 out of pocket for postage

Great service, I initially received a slightly faulty machine but got a very quick response when I got in contact via the website. They sent a replacement quickly and it’s great to use, just does what it says and gives great volume at the roots

As a hair stylist, I didn’t think I would need another styling tool, but this is amazing. Definitely provides effortless volume with less damage from back combing. Love it!

I've used it a few times and it does the job. Would suggest leaving a veil of hair untouched along a parting otherwise it looks like unsmoothed teasing, which can't be smoothed out
The settings for the heat are barely readable.
Overall, a handy appliance that gives lift that lasts.

If you are purchasing this product make sure you try it first before you buy. As no refund is available if it doesn't work for you. It surely didn't work for my hair type, is made it dry, frizzy and unmanageable. When I asked for a full refund it wasn't granted. I will never use this product as it's not for me. I as given $75 back for good will. I would have preferred a full refund. When you're in business you want customer satisfaction. $75 and a product that is going to sit in the back of the cupboard or go to landfill doesn't make me satisfied. A product that works and that you love is so much more satisfying.

I am unable to use this product due to the type of plug it is! I wish I would have known this before my purchase I watch reviews but no one talked about the type of plug it was!
