Communication and delivery speed were good. It looks good. My electrician has not yet installed the item so I cannot comment on functioning yet. Hence the 4 star. Might well have been 5 if you had given me time to install it before reviewing.

Delivery was good. Poor product
Delivery was good. However, the product didn't sit well on the towel rail. had to adapt old fittings with new screws as the bit that holds the towel rail on at the end is to square .

No drilling, no screwing but need a metal cutting tool if need to cut bar to size!
Unfortunately, because you don't make various sizes, I was reluctant to buy as I knew I would have to cut 10cm off the bar. That entailed purchasing a diamond encruste cutting tool to cut through the metal bar. Given it is already expensive for what it is they don't mention that a hacksaw would not be good enough to cut so although it's no drilling, no screwing if it doesn't fit you would need an angle grinder or similar. Plus packaging was all damaged. Happy to forward pictures I took before opening.

Excellent service. Was called after I ordered because the chosen style of radiator wasn't in stock, went for the curved one as advised, looks really good in situ, glad they called rather than cancel the order , highly recommend A+++++
