Very reliable store
Very reliable store . I bought smaller radiator accidentally and wanted to swap it for another one . Contacted them through email they arranged delivery and collection for a fee . All sorted . Thank you will buy radiators again from them .

Hi there I am 68 years old which I explained to your staff member who was a very nice and helpful guy I said that I am not very good with technology I needed a 400 centred radiator so he sent me a link I picked one as he told me that all the ones that he sent in a link was 400centres when it came it was for bigger than a 400 centred I called him and he said that pick another one but it’s guna cost a lot more money also it was going to cost me £25 to return the radiator which had only cost me £10 delivery so yes I am not very happy with your service and your company I never sent it back as I am a pensioner I couldn’t find the money so I have just put the radiator in my shed as it is to big for the pipes that are already there I am sorry that I had to send you this review but yes it was a very stressful experience . Thank you for your review, though we’re genuinely surprised by your comments.
We did our best to assist you from the beginning. You asked specifically for radiators with 400mm pipe centres, and we emailed you a direct link with only those options. Unfortunately, the item you selected and ordered was not from that list.
Even so, we offered to help by arranging an exchange, including collection of the incorrect item and delivery of the correct one — all at cost (£25, covering both courier trips). Additionally, we even offered to create a custom order with your selected size and emailed you a private checkout link, which you mentioned you wanted to review with your grandson.
We completely understand that ordering online can sometimes be tricky, and we tried to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible. We’re not sure what more we could have done, but we do appreciate your feedback and wish you the best.
