Just bought a 4K OLED TV from Electronic Empire and I'm very impressed. Wanted to hold off writing the review a few days in case there was anything wrong with the TV but it has been perfect!

Not only was the TV significantly cheaper than I could find anywhere else on the internet (Over £500 cheaper than the next cheapest!) but the customer service has been great.

It does say on the website that larger orders like TVs will take longer than the usual 2 days delivery however they still delivered it within 4 days which I think is pretty good!

I was called after about 2 days to confirm when the delivery would take place. They delivered it themselves and it was well secured in the van to prevent damage in transit. The box was fully sealed and there was no damage whatsoever and they helped me carry it into the living room. The only thing is they seem to go under a few different company names (Invoice was from Premier AV Centre) which may be a little confusing but is no issue in the grand scheme of things.

I would highly recommend shopping here and I will most likely return when I need something else like a sound system!

Bought a Sonos Arc off them. Best price on the Internet and even better when collected. Nice to get a good deal from an independent supplier as opposed to the AtoZ Internet Supplier or worse still Kurries......would check them out again when buying something else. Can't comment on customer service as was in and out quickly. But, efficiently served.

On the whole very happy. Good price and they give you a good timing for your delivery. Email communications could be better as I had to chase them to get a delivery date. But it did arrive quite quickly all the same

Very good TVs and service.
I've bought two ex display TVs from Electronic Empire in the last two months, both have a 12 month guarantee, they look like new and work perfectly. The cost saving is £100 plus on TVs which normally cost between £400 and £500. The phones are answered quickly by real people and they're friendly and professional. Delivery for both was within four days. I'll carry on buying from here.

Bought a TV from this company last week. The day after purchase was contacted to arrange a delivery. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Delivery happened as agreed, done by a company and staff also very professional that assisted us to bring TV to our flat.
Even that there was some damage on package due to transport, TV was well protected and no damage to the equipment. TV has been working well with no problems since then.
Good service, would buy again from this company.
