Selling refurbished goods as new. Don't touch these guys with a barge pole. I purchased a TV from them September 2021. TV intermittently faulting, but outwith 30 days so wouldn't touch. Registered it with Samsung, but by the time the TV failed completely i was outwith my year with them (not that either of these times matter). Took TV to an independent engineer who opened the TV up and found a sticker signed and dated 26th Feb 2021, over 6 months before i purchased the TV. Electronic Empire i am now being told are well known for this. They couldn't be any more dismissive and their attitude from the moment i flagged the intermittent issue in March 2022 has been shocking. Cowboys, avoid unless happy with potentially refurbed goods being sold as new.

Good communication with company regarding delivery phone issue. Delivered on time and in good order
(ordered via Amazon), delivery updates were slightly out but in fact the Samsung sound bar arrived earlier than predicted. Very good ordering experience, would recommend.

Excellent company, purchased an ex-display Sony Bravia 55" A90J TV, was delivered within a couple of days was in near perfect condition , great value and would definitely use again 10/10

This company charged me £120.00. For changing my mind for an order which wasn't even delivered.

Called up to see item was available they told me that the box was damaged and everything brand new. It as described I went and picked it up. Therefore not sure of delivery

Ordered an ‘ex-display’ Philips TV from them. Phoned Friday afternoon to confirm its condition, and it was in my house by 7.15am the very next morning.

Good price, TV really is ‘as new’, good service all round.

Excellent service, my husband ordered a tumble dryer by telephone on 27th December and it was delivered less than 24 hours later, very good communication, excellent 'old school' service, highly recommend.

Ordered a new sound bar just before Xmas. Thought I'd give it a go as they were a couple of hundred cheaper than those with deals on at that time. Followed up with a phone call in the middle of the break and was informed of the next day delivery. A very good experience and considerably cheaper than anywhere else.

Don't waste you time with this company!!!!! I bought a tv they tried to deliver it to the house but I couldn't not make it home in time to take it becauseof unexpected road work near home. So they got mad and passed the tv to someone else and after a 5 days sent a message giving me a refund because it was out of stock. They don't care about customers!!!!!!!

I was looking for the samsung HW-Q800B and i found it was £200 cheeper no the site .
I thought this is to good to be true so i took a chance and said what the hell i will give them a shot .
I was glad that i did as it was all good the soundbar came it was all as it should be very happy with the bar and the experience with electronics empire . 👍

So I was looking to buy a Samsung HWQ800B soundbar which costs £700 from everywhere but Electronic Empire had it for sale at an absolute bargain price of £508, I was a bit sceptical as it was so cheap to anywhere I could find it, read the reviews on TrustPilot which were all good so thought I'd give them a try, ordered on Monday and delivered on Wednesday, fast delivery and saved a fortune, highly recommended, thankyou Electronic Empire

we rang to ask about a tv, we were told they expected delivery to them the following day. next day they rang to say tv was available, we drove over and had completed the purchase in 5 minutes, they then helped to carry set to car and help load. This was excellent service also we saved over £150 on Currys price, 1st class thank you, they are in our opinion to be recommended

Ordered a TV at 4:50 yesterday and requested delivery for today. We took into account that this may not be possible for them to do on such short notice, but they bent over backwards to compensate our needs and gave us a delivery time slot for today.

They stuck to there word and the TV was delivered to us around 30 minutes ago! Incredible company and very worthy of a 5 star rating without any doubts.
