I have been using successfully for many…

I have been using successfully for many months. Placed an order for nearly$300.00 on 4/6 and nothing yet. The ticket process is a joke, the tracking process is a joke ( still in Salt Lake ). I think both were designed to frustrate people into inaction. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am to lose this previously great service. Shame on you for taking money and not providing the service. Shame shame shame I will tell everyone that I suggested this company to and let them know that they have crashed.

Thank you for being a great customer and for recommending us to others. I see that your order was fully refunded and in fact it arrived the day after the refund was issued. I hope that this at least shows that when things don't quite go to plan, we are an honest retailer who will never shy away from issues like this.
Our shipping has vastly improved since the early teething problems we experienced with our new carrier, so we hope you'll find it in yourself to use us again.

Horrid delivery service

Horrid delivery service. They seem to be using the absolute cheapest possible delivery service. Doesn’t update for days. My package has been “out for delivery” for 3 days now! 3 days??? How does that even happen? Tried to contact their customer service center their rep Shea has given me canned answers told me to be patient. Tried to blame it on me when she magically had “other information” Which indicated I wasn’t available to accept the deliver during the 3 days it was out for delivery. Ummm... how can I stay home for 3 days waiting on a delivery? Also, their budget delivery carrier (if they actually showed up) didn’t leave a notice, card or even a post it saying they attempted delivery. Then Shea told me I need to call the delivery company and try to figure out how to get my package. Really??? I need to call??? I have no problem working together to find a solution but this really is ridiculous! I requested a refund and was refused.

Please save yourself the hassle. Their are many many other companies to order from. And the other companies use Fedex or usps not some mom and pop 99 cent store delivery service.

Btw still haven’t received my package or refund.

I am sorry for the frustration caused. I see your order arrived on the 6th May (onme day after our shipping estimate window). Sorry it was late.
Regarding our shipper, I am not sure if you're aware, but under the PACT Act (or for reasons related to it), USPS, UPS & Fedex no longer carry vape products. USPS has slightly extended its carrying of these products but will stop imminently. For this reason, we are in an uncertain period where we're shipping some products USPS and some via OneLive (new shipper). We did not choose this to happen and it certainly wasn't for cost saving reasons.

Absolutely great company in every way …

All of my orders have arrived on time or way before the delivery date. Every order has been exactly what I wanted and even if I ordered the wrong thing I contacted them and they immediately got back to me and cancelled the order. Great customer service. Love this company.

Great customer service

I ordered my pods and the post office delivered me an empty package. After going around with the post office for a couple days, I contacted Electric Tobacconist and explained the situation and sent a picture of the package I received and they didn't hesitate to to resend my order. It wasn't their problem but they solved it no questions asked. That's great customer service and I'll always be a customer. Thank you for your help

I love this company

I love this company. By far this is the best place to order cigarettes from. What I need is usually in stock and if not they have very comparable alternatives. When I order it always comes quickly usually faster than expected. I’ve had two occasions when my order was lost somewhere in the mail. No fault of his company it was the UPS and Postal Service however when I can plane to the company that I have not gotten it I received the order in a quick timely manner one time I got the original team and they told me just to keep it thank you

Up until this month I would have given…

Up until this month I would have given 5 stars. On 9/6/20 I placed an order. It is now 10/5/20.I have not received any explanation or approximate delivery day. I'm sorry but this is no way to run a business. I do understand things are crazy right, but thats not an excuse for silence.

I love it!

I love this company! My favorite. Everything is always great and gets sent out very quickly! I've only had one minor issue and they made it right with no problem! So glad I took a chance and tried this company.

I have gotten bad pods in the past and…

I have gotten bad pods in the past and they used to be wonderful at replacing them I know have 8 full non working pods that weren’t cheap and they never sent me the label to send back to test them and send me replacements I am deeply dissatisfied and out money since I paid for the bad product I get it happens so I was willing to send them back like I would lie about bad pods and be left with none and I have been a good customer for a long time this is bad business be careful I have waited over a month for the return label they said they were sending me it has never arrived it’s always the same mailing address I have a hard time believing multiple labels have been sent when none have come

However, it is our company policy to get the malfunctioning material back at our facility for any instances thereafter. We have sent you a return label on multiple occasions. Great Customer service

Customer service has always been fantastic. Orders ship quickly and always accurate. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is my last order I got 10 of the Pop brand disposables and 2 of them (so far) stopped working long before they should have. Not sure if defective batteries or not filled all the way but disappointed nonetheless.
