Amazing turnaround, order placed & outside lights were delivered very well packaged within 24 hours. Lights are modern shape & look great. Price was competitive too. Very pleased with service.

Order EO-56136. Purchased a central heating programmer. Good service ordering from website, payment and delivery. Plumber struggled getting the unit to work and needed some technical help and recommended the EPH 37 may have been a better choice so I thought I would call electricals online to have a chat about either swapping or help on the H3747 unit we had ordered. No phone number on the website so emailed their customer services email address and 4 days later still no reply. My plumber sought help elsewhere to get the unit working, which is now but still getting to grips with it. So score was a 5 for the purchasing side and a zero for customer service received. Would I buy from them again, doubtful as I like products backed up by customer service.

Very good products and service

Delivery was prompt. The product had been damaged in transit, only apparent internally. Support were quick to reply and supplied a return label. The replacement could have been a bit quicker to arrive, but it is now installed and working fine.

I placed my order with eta of 1-2 days. I contacted EO to be told it was delayed direct from the supplier. I then contacted EO 2 more times for updates and never received a response.
Your customer services is shocking and although only a £129 mirror it took almost a week to arrive with no updates.

slow delivery. items bought had design fault.Unable to fit 1.5mm cable in so called " quick fit "connector. I emailed the company, but as yet, no reply. Had to use Wago connectors to wire up downlighters.

Unsure about this online store. Placed an order the 10th Feb, money had been taken. I contacted them via email and their contact page to say I’ve ordered the incorrect item and can they cancel the order before dispatch, I have no communication back, on the tracking it’s showing the order is still being prepped and no refund has appeared.
Is anyone there at Electrical Online??
