Great Customer services
I ordered 3 alarm fobs they were sent the same day as payment. Unfortunately Dpd lost the parcel I called the customer service number and spoke to a gentleman on Friday, He checked the Dpd site to confirm the loss and called the warehouse to resend the order. These arrived the next day. The items I ordered were cheaper at electricals online than its competitors

Received order need to return
Received order with quick delivery. Item as described, however, I need to return the item. Electricals Online sent a detailed email on how to return with delivery label. Once posted, I look forward to my refund.

Additionally, as discussed on Instagram today the returns team are aware of your situation and will send a pre-paid returns label as soon as possible, we are extremely busy at the moment so the team may not have got round to providing the label at this moment, apologies for the delay.

Excellent Service
Excellent Service and price, ordered a smoke detector and product arrived as described. Not only that the delivery was quick via DPD with tracking details. Highly recommend and would definitely purchase again from this company.

Julian, friendly, professional
Julian came at 7pm, fitting me in at the end of his working day in order that there was no delay in me receiving the EPC survey,he was very thorough and explained the rationale behind the actual final score, which was very helpful
He was friendly and very professional throughout his visit to my home

The best price I could find for smoke…
The best price I could find for smoke alarms. Answered a preorder query I had quickly and sent the alarms the next day as promised. Will definitely use this company next time.

Great service
The price was very good compared to other suppliers which was my main reason for looking. I decided to give them a try and my order was to be delivered next working day (which it would have been but I diverted it to my post office as I wasn't home).
Haven't fitted my alarm sensors yet, but there exactly as described, packaged well, and do fast im very happy. Think I'll be using them again.
