Horrific company to deal with, 3 months to get account shut down. Opayo said it was Elavon, Elavon said it was Opayo I needed to speak to. After months of them charging me £120 a month + fees for not using the service... I finally got through to a human being with some common sense and got the account shut down. Now months later getting collection letters for £58.32 final balance which was paid MONTHS ago! Horrible company, bad customer service. The actual payment processing looks like it's running on windows XP or 95 incredibly dated bit of kit they charge a fortune for. Switched to WORLDPAY amazing customer service and a fraction of the price £19 a month and lower fees. Save yourself hassle with this company just go elsewhere. Also ran through complains service, didn't care so will be proceeding with financial services ombudsman. Hopefully they will be held to task.

Always fantastic support from Elevon/Opayo - The support team is always on hand and solves most issues over the phone with no delays.

Over the last few days I've had conversations with Daniel and Tim. Both have been super helpful and easy to talk to.

I don’t use the portal often and struggled to find what I needed. Daniel took me through each step and I appreciated his patience and friendly attitude.

Johan was very helpful with our query today. You can tell he is knowledgeable with transaction queries.

I had an issue when I had locked myself out of my admin panel, but once i got through to your agent he sorted it out and explained everything in very easy steps.
