Quickly delivery once it shipped, even though it took a month for it to ship. I assume it had something to do with the possibility of no stock of the item at the time the order was placed. However, there was no communication from the company about it; but once I contacted them about it they did ship it out as a reply.

EIO does not conduct e-commerce in a professional manner.
After placing an order with EIO, the company did not reply in any way that the item was ordered. When I first tried to inquire what the status was of my order, I tried to call the company at their listed phone number. The phone was not working when I first tried to call. Even days later. I attempted to order the same item again thinking the order was not completed the first time. Again, no confirmation that the order was successful. EIO's phone works only part time. When my statement from my credit card arrived I noticed that two charges from EIO appeared on my account. Since I had been unable to contact EIO about the charges I called my bank and claimed I was a victim of fraud. After I contacted my bank I received both orders. They arrived 3 to 6wks. after I ordered them. After I received both orders and returned both orders, I called my bank and told them I had received both orders. During that conversation with an employee with the bank, I learned that if I gave out my credit card number, that is considered a legitimate charge. However since EIO had not in anyway acknowledged my orders after from 3 to 6wks, at that time, I had no way of knowing if the orders were placed or that my credit card number was even recorded. So since my credit card number was recorded by my actions, the problem with the charges was considered a dispute. The bank did not tell me when I first called them, that the charges had gone into dispute. The items ordered have been returned to EIO. My bank says the dispute has been settled.
The item that I ordered was a Christmas gift. Since I had not received any acknowledgement for so long after ordering from EIO, I ordered the item from another company and received it in time to give as a gift for Christmas. Bottom line. If EIO can't deliver for Christmas, I don't need to do business with them. EIO has contacted me about this review and claimed I gave EIO a bad review to receive a free gift!!!!!. Wrong! I was never offered anything for writing this review.

The gentleman was very polite and helpful in answering my questions. He was very prompt in sending me a copy of my billing.

I had a problem with my order in that the PayPal receipt was different from what I thought I should have paid. I contacted customer service and got a rude person. EIO contacted me with numerous E-Mails and even by phone to apologies for the conduct of that person. They bent over backwards to correct the situation.

A pal recommended I get MG Chemicals 801b-125G Super Contact Cleaner with PPE. It's the best I've used and EIO.com had the best price and got it to me right away. I don't usually quote Arnold, but I'll be back, for sure.

Everything I've ordered has been in stock and arrives super fast. Good job EIO

When you order quantities, the packing job was not good. Even though each individual item was placed in their own little bubble bag, the bags were not taped and the items were falling out. The items were placed in a box and the ones that came out of their bubble bags had to be put back in. Since we bought so many, it will take time to test them and hopefully none were damaged due to shipping.

Sent wrong item claiming it was a suitable replacement without any notification. Original item is still on the website as available.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! They worked with me to get items which were difficult to receive and got them to me in time for surprise my Father for his birthday. I found the contacts at EIO extremely helpful and will definitely purchase from again.
