They have some of the worst mobile phones for sale which they don’t have a clue about.

Refused to help despite buying with them on Amazon UK and confirmed by HUAWEI UK. All I want is simply an updated firmware version. Livewire telecom is the parent company of eFones UK.

Based on the serial number that you had provided us I was ab le to check for more information regarding your routers.
The router with the serial number 5NH7S22505000066 was purchased from Livewire Telecom Limited and it is a BUYOUT. This means that the third-
party retailer had purchased the devices from us in bulk and al so has all the warranty rights. You will have to contact Livewir e since they are the one who provide you with more informatio n on the updates release.
The second router with the serial number 5NH7S22505000323 was purchased from China region and as much as we would like to assist you we cannot offer any information. We are offe ring assistance only for devices manufactured and located in the UK region.
I will also want to point out that the updates are released by the network carriers.

Ordered a phone through tiktok shop,
Empty phone box was delivered 2 days after. Returned box and requested refund.

back to us empty with no device in the

dispute with TikTok.

I can also not return a device which has never been received. Disgraceful reply from a clearly shady company.
Buy from them with extreme caution, or avoid buying with them at all.

Brought a phone off tiktok. Has not arrived after two weeks. Been refused a refund twice by this company. They don't respond to my messages. Shocking company. DO NOT BUY OFF THEM. CRAP

Bought ghd straighteners, the price was great and delivery was on time and I was kept informed throughout

Bought some GHD platinum plus straightners for a great price - about £70 less than other sites. Very pleased with my purchase & fast shipping.

I never received the phone as my order was cancelled, it took them 2 days to decide that they had insufficient stock, even though it was available to order. They did send me my refund though. Don't think I'll order of them in the future.
