Cheapest I could find it. Arrived on time. Local company, even better. This is a really useful and efficient device. I have bought it to Wi-fi up my converted campervan, combining with external Ariel.

I bought a Huawei CPE pro 5g router
I bought a Huawei CPE pro 5g router, unfortunately it was not compatible with my BT SIM card for some unknown reason, after searching for similar problems its looks like others have had the same issue. I'm not blaming efones for this.
So I have sent it back the day after I received it under the 14 day distance selling regulations.
However they have received it, but it's unknown when they will process my refund, I bought it through Klarna so ultimately I'll get my refund eventually either through efones or Klarna. Hopefully promptly from efones, but I'm sure they are going to play the covid card for a delay in refunding me, even though they managed to send it the next day to me.
Let's see how long my refund takes, I'll update my review when they do.
I've been refunded for the product but they haven't refunded the delivery fee which should of been refunded.
