Very processional service from the moment go. I called them and booked for my boiler to serviced and for my gas certificate. The engineer came and with no hassle serviced my boiler did all the necessary things and left. I also received my certificate the next day. Thank you. Recommend to all.

A lovely company to deal with. I have nothing but praise for everyone I've spoken to at the office and the engineers who have come out to service my gas boiler. Will be calling for my next boiler service, due in a couple of months.

The boiler service was completed in less than 15 minutes so I do not feel as though the boiler was fully serviced at all. My boiler has been serviced annually over the past 10 years and never once has it completed so quickly. All I know for sure is that he looked at it and took pictures. I did not get what I paid for that is for sure.

Shortly after writing my review and giving a 2 star rating I got a call from a manager who promptly booked in another service with a head engineer. Less than a week later my boiler had been serviced properly. The aftercare received was first rate and upon resolution of my query I will definitely use them again.

Booked boiler service + gas certificate. 11am-2pm on a Monday. Ruins my work day, but ok.

Get a call 1.32pm from a rude service person to confirm a) whether my appointment for a gas certificate (I relay it is for a boiler service AND a gas certificate), and b) that he can't make it (you read that right) as he's in central London, so he'll be there about 1h after.

WHAT?

I have a full day scheduled (school run among other things).

Starts making fun of me on the phone: "What do you want me to do, leave the country?". After some very rude back and forth, I hung up.

Ring up the main line (020 3488 1899) to get a solution: "Do you want to reschedule free of charge?"

WHAT?

They actually mean keep the payment and just do it some other day (as if this is my fault). Now I have to wfm another time and of course the same thing can happen. To clarify, this was not an offer to refund and do the service for free (they just open the cupboard, look at the boiler, sign the paper. That's it. The whole thing is a scam anyway, but manufacturers want you to do this for the warranty for some reason). This is as if I can't be here and they are willing to reschedule for free (doing me a favour). Awful.

Of course a refund. ASAP you time wasters.
