Central heating

Really good prompt service . Identified issue with boiler and fixed it. Engineers were very helpful with advice. Would definitely use them again .

Quick, efficient

Great engineer availability - within a couple of days. Very prompt responses, good communication throughout. Very nice engineer. Worked quickly and well. One fault: they quoted on some separate follow up work, but at a disappointingly inflated price (twice what other plumbers had). They do routinely offer to price match, but it feels a bit greedy and it did slightly sour overall experience.

Gas Safety Certificate

I needed to arrange a landlord gas certificate. Dealing with Efficient Home Energy was really easy, the price was competitive and they were able to offer an appointment very quickly. Paying was very easy and a very competent engineer attended the property and carried out work the work thoroughly. Will definitely use again.

Kept me up to date on bookings and called prior to arrival. Engineer was polite and professional. Certificates and inspection reports were sent promptly. Great experience.
