Needed to get a new gas safety certificate for my flatmates universal credit application. Efficient home energy were very straightforward to book and explained what was included in whichever service you wanted to book, (i did look around at other local companies). The booking was easy and they let you pick what day is convenient for you. They text you to let you know if they are in the area earlier and The report was sent literally the day after

Prompt scheduling of appointment and flexible
Engineer cancelled so had to reschedule but inconvenient , however a new appointment within a good time frame. Had to ask for certificates twice as they were not all sent at once . Other than that I would use again !

Certificate was issued promptly.
Service was reasonably priced, compared to other firms.
Only down side is that it is a lot of money for a simple fifteen minute process.

Booked appointment was cancelled on the morning of the day it was due to take place. Lost a whole day, and the obvious knock on effects caused by a link to be broken in a chain.

I booked a gas and electricity home survey for Victoriana House and honestly, I’m really impressed. Efficient Home Energy got everything arranged with estate agent within 2 days !!!!!! and I had results just 2 days after that! They were really easy to contact by email and replied almost straight away. As someone who’s worked as a structural engineer for 25 years, mainly on site with RC-frame and utility surveys, I was impressed with how detailed electricity report was. Price affordable than other quotes I got, about 50% cheaper, and everything was done in 4 days!!! Thank you.

The engineer who came to do the EICR was very knowledgeable and professional. he was very swift in his job. A job well done.

This company really are the worst, I struggle to even give them 1 star for their complete incompetence with the engineers they employ at some budget rate. But more so my annoyance is that they accept no responsibility for their actions when they completely fail to offer any service at all.
Complete charlatans and avoid like the plague.,DON’T use these people.
