The best place to qualify in a supportive environment
The best place to become more educated about personal training and qualify with great support. I had a great experience with Damian and the team who supported me heavily throughout my level 3 course completion. Tutors were extremely helpful and thorough to explain key areas and ensure I understand in depth. I had so much positive support although out there was so much negative things happening in my life but I still pushed through thank so much to Damian and mat for pushing me through and now I'm qualified

Great supportive team
Damian and Matt were incredibly helpful from start to finish - giving great feedback and supportive content. A big shout out to Matt in particular who pointed me in the direction of a fantastic personal trainer coach who's content has helped me gain 6 clients in my first month :) Thank you again guys!

Cannot recommend highly enough
I did my level 2 & 3 Fitness instructor and PT qualifications with E.F.
Damian, Matt and Emanuel were absolutely superb with support and both exams I ended up booking short notice. I got stuck in traffic, delayed by this and that, and they were as flexible and helpful with absolutely every aspect as one could ask for. I cannot recommend them enough.

This is where I learnt how to deal with clients and learnt the most accurate way of speech in a gym environment! Now I am a self employed personal trainer and have competed in a PCa Junior men’s physique show! Fantastic course!
