I attended a Fitness Pilates course in May via zoom. I have to say I was very nervous as I felt well out of my comfort zone as having not done any training for many many years. Well all I can say is I had nothing whatsoever to worry about as the tutor (Kelly Reid) was brilliant and put me at ease as did the other lovely ladies that attended. Kelly is so knowledgeable and very down to earth which made the course very enjoyable and the 2 days just flew by.

I will definitely be attending more courses in the future.

Loved my fitness Pilates course , despite being a little nervous ( not a format I usually teach ) I was instantly put at ease . I’m feeling inspired and excited to see what the next part of my instructor journey holds . The whole package - from tuition on the day and the dashboard offers quality and professionalism. Also, the aftercare that is on offer is comforting to have in the infant stages and the ongoing journey ahead. Highly recommend!

Every weekday she does a briefing on how fit pros can improve their business and it's so good. I have not only managed to build an online fitness business but have learned so much about marketing in general.

Highly highly recommend her supporters group for anyone needing guidance and support to grow their business. Her fitness courses are also amazing, notably fitness pilates which is incredibly popular with my clients.

I’m so happy I chose to do my mat and reformer qualification here ! Reformer was deffinately challenging, but the support and encouragement made such a difference.The teaching was clear , professional really helped me grow in confidence.Ive learnt so much THank you so much Kelly and Rachel .

I absolutely loved this course, and as a firm believer of crunchless exercises for your core strength, I found this very inspirational and very informative. I also got some great new ideas for my classes. I love, and teach a fitball class too, so it was great to find some more info on this! Loved it... 10/10 !!!

I have the most rewarding day with Rachel and the other ladies at the content creation today. I gain so much knowledge on how to manage and improve how I market myself and my business. There was lots of sessions to really put this into practice as well in the most beautiful setting.
