Level 2 Gym Instructing and Level 3 Personal Training
I started my journey of level 3 personal training back in January 2025 and have completed level 2 and level 3 a year later whilst managing a full time job and being a full time parent. The tutors have been accessible and provide guidance when needed and are extremely quick at pointing you in the right direction. The feedback on my coursework and level 3 assessment was exceptional giving me the confidence to fulfill my achievements.

Outstanding Guidance and Support from Educate Fitness
Thank you, Educate Fitness, especially Damian, Matt, and Emanuel, for their help when I was struggling to meet the course deadline. I started off completing the multiple-choice tests (knowledge part) quickly, but then, due to some personal circumstances, I couldn't concentrate on finishing the practical assessments.
I was given an extension so I could meet all the official requirements. I really appreciated their patience and support throughout the course. The video guidance was also super helpful. I especially like the feedback I received after each assessment. It was encouraging and helped me know that the adjustments I made for my client were right. I improved thanks to important tips, like keeping an appropriate distance from my client during coaching and always getting consent before any physical contact.
I was really happy when I received my certificate from Focus Award in the post! I'm glad I chose Educate Fitness to help me get this Personal Training qualification, and I'll definitely stay connected to learn more from them.

Hi,
Firstly they were friendly( of course because i paid money ) .
Then i had a problem in my life .( i explain them: look we had accident , i needed to move back to my country to care about my mom because we almost lost her in the accident so im not able to come back to the uk for about 5 years. I didnt even start the moduls or anything. I asked them friendly ( i know the rules) and they dont HAVE to pay me back the money , but sometimes we should otherstand each other and try to help as a human, never know whats gonna happen with you tomorow.
They refuse it then next time just ignored my message . All about the money and business( i was sure that when i’m come back i will find them and pay for the course again but i will not do this with them. It’s just so said how people don’t care about each other in 2024. So sad:)

We appreciate your feedback but must correct several inaccuracies in your review.
1. Contrary to your claim, you began your course on December 5th, 2022, and completed 22 lessons along with 7 online quizzes. This clearly shows that you did, in fact, start the course.
2. You requested a refund on February 6th, 2024—14 months after beginning the course. No company would offer a refund after such a significant amount of time has passed, especially when the course has been actively utilised.
3. It's also not accurate to say that we ignored your messages. We have communicated with you on numerous occasions via email and WhatsApp (as calls were not possible due to your location), as part of our efforts to support you and encourage your commitment to the course.
4. Additionally, to assist you further, we even offered a free course extension to ease things for you, which you have not taken.
5. We have a clearly communicated 14-day cooling-off period at the beginning of the course, during which a full refund is available. This policy is in place to protect both our students and our business, and it applies to everyone equally.
6. Lastly, we want to be clear that while some companies may offer refunds in exchange for the removal of negative reviews, this is not our business practice. We believe in upholding our policies consistently and with integrity.
We have a responsibility to follow our procedures, which are in place for the benefit of all our students and employees. You committed to completing the course, and we expect that commitment to be honoured.

It was a well structured course, with a user friendly course portal. The course content was great, a nice mixture of worksheets and webinars for the topics that require a bit more explanation. After maybe years of debating if to do…
After maybe years of debating if to do this course or not, I found many issues with some of the big providers and that was marking times! So after contacting educate fitness it quickly became clear that wasn’t going to be an issue at all and it had a real personal touch to it.
The course portal was great easy to follow, I had plenty of support if I needed it throughout!
The exams had a great practice section so you could really make sure you were ready to take the actual exam, and the final video assessments at first I thought how on earth am I going to do these! They have example videos which clear everything up, and gave me plenty of pointers to make sure I covered everything.
After I submitted them all, I had passed on my first video submissions, I’d be more than happy for them to share them as an example to people struggling, one thing I will say after doing the videos not only did I feel I had delivered a really good PT session it raised my confidence in loads of other areas too so I can’t recommend doing the videos enough. At the end of the day PT training is a people industry so good interaction is key to succeed.
Thanks Damian for all your help and support and the rest of the team, I have now set up my own coaching business and I am really enjoying it.

The team were very helpful in guiding…
The team were very helpful in guiding me through aspects of the course. I had struggled with the Video assessments, just the actual filming. I recieved guidence and realised I was making this a bigger issue than it actually was. My local Gym closed down and needed to move to a new one and with pressure in my day job meant I needed to extend the course. This was all facilitated well by the team leading me to succeed in my L3 personal training course. Thanks Damien and team Educate Fitness.

Educate fitness the best online Personal Training course
Educate fitness has been the best decision I have made to pursue my career as a personal trainer, not only have the tutors delivered the best way possible to educate me in a way which was easy to understand and user friendly but they have also been a great support system from answering any questions I have had to offering guidance to achieving my goals. Being a mother and holding down a full time job has been a challenge to fit the course in but the tutors have been on hand to support me through all the challenges.
