Bad Experience
I ordered the Moet luxury gift hamper and paid extra to have it delivered on Saturday 20/8 as my daughter is hosting a party at home. She was home all afternoon preparing and didn’t hear any door bell ringing, but received a text message that the delivery had missed her and would come back the day after. As she’s going on a trip the next day, the delivery was scheduled on Friday 26/8. When she got the hamper, all the chocolates are melted and not edible.
If the delivery team can send a text message, why can’t they call her? As they had sent a message to my daughter about the slot of delivery time and there’s a surcharge for Saturday delivery, I think all recipients will be there waiting for the delivery. I wonder if the delivery team actually came.
The storage of the hamper during the 5 days is another issue. It’s a shame that the foodies are not edible.

I'm sorry to hear of your experience :(
I have checked on your order and it appears that the courier did try and deliver on the day requested at 15.30, but they had no answer. They loaded an image on the tracker showing the front door at the address on the day of delivery. The courier then received a request from the recipient to re-deliver on 26th, we don't have visibility of these requests if it's done directly with the courier, so we were unaware that it was being held by the courier for 5 days, which may have caused the chocolates to melt during that really hot period :(
The text/email messages are automatically generated by the courier's system (again directly to the customer, so we don't have access to it) so it's not a manual text that the driver sends. I completely understand your disappointment, sadly drivers deliver around 200 parcels a day, so with the best will in the world they'd not be able to call each customer, and they don't have the facility to do so since communication is automated.

Delivered the wrong product
Delivered the wrong product. When I let them know they said that they no longer stocked the advertised product. Now I’ve got to mess about with arranging a courier, returning the product and messing about for a refund of the cost and also courier.

The image on the website did show the right product- Corona Bottle 330ml, but you are correct that the description said 200ml, so you received large bottles than advertised :(
A collection has been arranged and paid by us, so you don't have to worry about organising the return :)

Very disappointed. Placed an order to be delivered today & has not been received by the recipient.
A special day that I wanted to acknowledge for a special friend. I have had to ask my friend if she has received my gift, so the moment has been spoilt. Never have used this company before, unlikely I would in the future or recommend to anyone.

This order appeared as declined in our system, which means it could not be processed. This information is provided by the bank, and they should have also sent you a notification informing you of the issue.

I have looked into your order and it was collected from us last Friday, looking at the tracker it appears that the parcel has been held since, with a note saying that it was damaged in transit!
This was not communicated to us by the courier, which is unacceptable, but they tell me they did send a notification with an image to the customer email address provided, did you receive anything??

Lost delivery
The arrangement was beautiful however, it was delivered to the wrong address which messed up the plans I had because we had to reroute and wait for it to ensure it wasn't stolen outside the door.
