This will be our second purchase from the team at Eden. We found Joe, Ryan, Stuart and Jack (not forgetting Reggie) to be very helpful and not at all pushy. We had no intention of selling our previous van but was just looking for some advice, but there sat on the forecourt was the Warwick. Joe offered us a fair price on our van and that just sealed the deal.

Honesty and trust goes a long way, and when dealing with traders we all have a horror stories, however I’m absolutely sure you get what you see with Eden. They purchased my Camper-van. Offered a good price, transferred a large deposit as we talked on the phone and collected as agreed paying the balance. I’m sure it works the other way when purchasing from them as you can tell honest decent people when you meet them. Thank you Eden 🙂👍

We have had a few motorhomes in the past and spotted a Timberland for sale on their website. We live 300 miles from them in Pembrokeshire, but it seemed so well presented we decided it was worth the trip to view it. Ryan met us and demonstrated the van and we had a test run and agreed to buy. A second trip to collect and we were given a very detailed and comprehensive handover by Jack. The vehicle was in superb condition and we had a great 3 day trip home. Eden Motorhomes really looked after us so well, and they offer a very comprehensive warranty too. It meant 2 round trips of 600 miles each to buy it but it was well worth it to get the good value and good service they offerred. Thank you Eden Motorhomes.

I bought my motorhome from Eden Motorhomes in March 2021, the transaction and after sales attention were second to none. I had a couple of small things needed repair and there was no problem and settlement was swift. Unfortunately for me due to eye problems, i had to sell my motorhome, and Joe was immediately offering to buy it back as he had promised when i bought it. He gave me a very fair price and settlement was immediate. I have no hesitation recommending Joe and his team at Eden Motorhomes, glad i made the 400 mile trip to deal with them originally. Honest people.

Just purchased a motorhome from Eden Motorhomes. The whole experience was friendly and professional. The staff were extremely welcoming and did everything possible to make sure we were entirely happy with the purchase. We had to travel from west Wales to Cornwall to obtain the vehicle we required, and it was worth every mile, because we felt they really wanted the best for us, and had our best interests at heart. Both the sales side and the handover were careful and thorough. We had to change our pickup day due to very bad weather, and they were totally understanding and accommodating. Making such a huge purchase is daunting, and they understood how important it is to make the right choice with clear, helpful, and friendly advice, and entirely without pressure. The experience of our visits and purchase was entirely positive and pleasurable. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Because of a house move my wife and myself needed to sell our motorhome. We were very unsure about how to do this and we feel we were extremely lucky to contact Eden motorhomes.

Just sold my motorhome to Eden Motorhomes. So simple and straightforward! No hassle whatsoever - agreed a price over the phone and within minutes a £5,000 deposit was in my bank account. Just a few days later Joe made the 400 mile round trip to collect the van, but had deposited the balance in my account before he arrived!

We decided to buy a motorhome and living in Cornwall wanted to use a local dealer if possible. The team at Eden Motorhomes were excellent in all dealings with the process and us despite the Covid restrictions placed on them. We purchased a 3yr old Swift Bolero on a Ducato frame in immaculate condition. Thanks to Ryan for the sale and Jack for the handover/delivery. We have piece of mind that any problems or questions will be answered professionally. Having the local dealer means we can drop in at anytime and also now looking forward to getting out and about the local area in our new Moho.

We part exchanged our old van for a used Peugeot Autosleeper Warwick Duo last summer. The p/ex deal was excellent, quickly arranged by Ryan, and the new van efficiently handed over by Jack. During the 6 month warranty period, there were the inevitable problems that can always occur with an 7 year old van. A new radiator was quickly replaced by a local garage, and a faulty water pump by Andy at the next door workshop. Other minor issues were always dealt with willingly, and specialist advice always available in providing excellent after sales service. The Covid crisis has meant the vehicle was off the road for several months, but is now ready for the new season, and hence my delayed review.

We simply can not fault the support and guidance we have received from the Eden Team. There was no pressure and we were allowed to view at our leisure. Ryan was very helpful and Informative and helped us achieve what we needed from a Motorhome, nothing was too much trouble. There was an excellent handover from Jack and although there was a lot to take in we were assured there would be support on the end of a phone or email if needed. I have had numerous questions about operating since driving away all of which have been answered promptly.
It seems they have a great selection of good quality vehicles to suit various budgets. I have no hesitation in recommending Eden Motorhomes for the courteous and helpful service and will be happy to return for any future business.

Where do we start to recommend this fabulous company! We were wanting to change from our small VW camper to something larger and Stuart was so helpful, nothing was too much bother, even with me as I was so undecisive, but it had to be right and he knew that.
After calling twice to view motorhomes that we had seen advertised on their website and coming away without one, Stuart eventually phoned to say he had just taken one in that he thought was exactly what we were looking for and, bingo, it was and we bought and came away with it a week later. Absolutely thrilled to bits. The hand over was done by Jack who was very good and took his time to explain everything to us and answer our questions regarding our new motorhome.
We also got a very fair price as trade-in for our VW.
Whilst we were there viewing two lots of other customers told us how good they were, nothing was too much bother.
