I initially went in with a view to purchase a motorhome for myself to travel in. I was a lone female, but quite a confident one. Cutting to the chase. On the day I was going to collect the vehicle and pay the balance, on further inspection to the motorhome there were several issues and one in particular a huge one. After trying to discuss this with the proprietor I was met with hostility and it seemed like all communication had ceased from that point, as i was not prepared to pay the balance and take the vehicle. The following day I went in to totally reject the vehicle as not fit for purpose, and yet again aas met with huge amount of hostility and told to leave the office.
After being told I would not get my deposit back, and after lots of chasing and lots of emails he did eventually give me the deposit back. This was after a very stressful 4 months. Just want other customers to be aware.

Found damp in my motorhome on Thursday phoned them Friday. Fitted in on the next Tuesday repaired immediately.
Nice people great customer service.

Had a problem with my fridge Jack and his team dealt with the problem with professionalism and expert knowledge in a swift and friendly manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs or a service on there motorhome or caravan. Many Thanks again Jack and the team

The whole experience with Eden was exceptional, communication attention to detail amazing .

Buying the van was great and a positive experience but when I had issues 17 weeks down the line not so great. Little understanding of how the problem with the van was impacting on my planned holiday and the repairs where done at their convenience with no rush so I could keep to my plans. Awful customer service/support

After a seamless purchase of our Autosleeper Duetto - the staff couldn’t have done more - from initial viewing, to purchase it was outstanding service! A few things needed to be sorted before collection and all done to a high standard. The handover was very comprehensive and clearly explained.
Eden offer their own warranty for 6 months - now we’ve all heard the horror stories of neglect once purchased from a dealer…. Nothing could be further from the truth with Eden!
We lost engine power after 5 weeks and called the owner Joe who without any hesitation told me to take it to my local garage and he would pay for it to be sorted…. 3 days later and one newly fitted EGR valve and bill settled directly with the garage.

Sometimes there are dealers who pride themselves in customer satisfaction and are true to their word - Eden Motorhomes are such dealers - would highly recommend them to anyone considering buying a motorhome.

You get not only excellent service, but also peace of mind.

Just picked up my Bailey Discovery D4-2 from its second service, from the now Eden Caravan Service centre, previously Cornwall Caravan Centre. Jack was very helpful with all the communication regarding the service. The team have continued to give first class service when dealing with my two year old caravan. I highly recommend Eden service centre for all thing caravan related. See you next year for the third service.

3 weeks ago we purchased our first motorhome from Eden Redruth, cannot rate this garage highly enough, from the first time we went to look at it, the guys were so friendly and helpful and not one bit pushy. We then made the 230 mile round trip a couple of weeks later to collect it. The handover was brilliant spent a couple of hours going over everything with us. The best customer service we have experienced in a long time with excellent after sales care. If we upgrade in a few years we would only go back to this place. Would highly recommend. Wow what a fantastic company, we have just purchased a roller team 746 from Eden Motorhomes. From start to end they have just been brilliant. We drove over 5 hours to pick up the motorhome and it was well worth the trip, the motor was spotless and the hand over couldn’t have gone any better. Nice to buy locally, both to support the company and for convenience. Price was comparable with other companies out of county. Useful starter pack included.
