Always very helpful and good correspondence

Eco Installer were to fix what turned out to be a very complex game of whackamole to fix my UF heating. Their team were professional, knowledgable and helpful, however they have yet to fix the problem. I am now facing a third attempt to fix, which I will use an alternative plumber for this work. I did offer Ecoinstaller the opportunity to do this work but because I had held back payment until satisfactory, they were unwilling to engage further.
I went to great lengths to work with them and the UF heating provider to ensure everyone understood the issues before they undertook the work, yet I still have no working heating system. Their attitude to this issue absolutely stinks. They are also around double the cost of my local plumber. I would avoid them.

We chose Ecoinstaller to install our Air Source Heat Pump in December 2023. We chose them because they were able to give us a solution for a non-standard installation that Octopus was unable to provide. They were professional and worked with us to provide a very efficient system with which we are very happy. They also provide a thorough annual service. The staff in the office are helpful and courteous.

When the ASHP was installed the company worked very efficiently and this followed good assessment of the heating system.
This was in November 2018 but we moved out on November 2023 and we miss the efficient system.

We are now three years down the line and all is working fine. We use the company for our ASHP annual service and Chris, their servcing manager, is happy to give advice and answer questions whilst here - also we can contact him by phone with any queries for free.

Our situation was probably a bit more complicated than some in that we didn’t have space to put the outdoor heat pump unit directly outside our house, and our indoor space needed rearranging too. We also wanted to have some cooling ability from the system, to ease summer heatwaves. Eco Installer worked with us tirelessly to find a solution and took a great deal of time and care to look into our suggestions and put forward ideas of their own. The team who came to do the installation were quick, friendly and efficient – very easy to have around – and we were kept informed throughout about dates and timing. The whole thing was completed quite quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eco Installer to anyone looking to have a heat pump installed.

The engineer was on time, very efficient, clean and tidy.

Eco Installer put in a new air heat pump system for us. We also had our radiators replaced to be compatible with the new system. Eco Installer provided a professional service and kept the inevitable disruption to a minimum. The new system has worked well, keeping us warm all winter.

We had an aging combi boiler system replaced with an air-sourced heat pump, radiator upgrades, and HeatGeek mini-store. The team from Eco Installer were great from the earliest conversations with various options and products explored, site visits, arrangement of EPC, MCAS and BUS grant, and a thorough installation and commissioning process.

Very friendly helpful staff, and a pleasure to do business with. We are enjoying our new solar and battery system.

I contacted Becki as my heating kept getting an error message, Becki was so helpful and got Chris to FaceTime me and talk me through operating and restarting my heating system. He was very patient and explained everything so thoroughly that I was confident enough to restart the system when it failed by myself. Becki then followed up the next morning to see if all was well. I cannot thank them both enough and would definitely recommend this business, they went above and beyond. Terrific customer Service.

We had an air source heating system installed by a less than reputable tradesman who promptly disappeared when the system broke down. Eco installer were prepared not only to look at the "cowboy's" work but also to rectify issues and, because we needed a new heatpump, issue a 7 year warranty.
They were knowledgeable, wanted to get to the bottom of the problems and nothing was going to get in their way. They cleaned up after themselves and were professional throughout. Finally, we have a working system which provides adequate heating and peace of mind.
