I cannot praise Eco Installer high enough as they have always provided us with a superb service. Ever since they installed our Air Source Heat Pump in 2020 they have serviced and repaired our system effortlessly. The latest problem we had was on New Years Day where our system would not heat up. Despite it being a Bank Holiday the office team responded to my (very hopeful) email sent on January 1st asking for help and Chris, an engineer who we have become to know well, was dispatched first thing to us on January 2nd. He diagnosed the fault quickly (a faulty motor on a 3-port valve), replaced it and waited to check that all was well. If you are looking for service excellence you will not need to look further than Eco Installer here in the Cambridgeshire area (and wider).

Had our annual service on our underfloor system and repairs for a faulty thermostat. All done with very speedy and efficient time, found Chris to be very knowledgeable and very polite, also Annette very excellent with her manner and very very helpful. Would endorse anybody who uses them .

Been using Eco Installer ever since they installed my heat pump 7 years ago as I find them to be knowledgeable in their field, professional, friendly, punctual both onsite with the engineers and in the office. The engineers also tidy up after themselves too.

recently eco INSTALLER fixed us up with solar panels, an inverter and a battery . . they have a good design based on FoxESS systems and components but not a 'one size fits all' approach as they were happy to discus options and respond positively to our requests . . installation was smooth, essentially taking just one day and scaffolding was taken down promptly . . back at the office all handover documents arrived promptly so that we were able to satisfy UK Power Networks and be added to the Smart Garantee Scheme
all our questions were dealt with promptly and the installion engineers went out of their way to be pleasant and provide the solution we were looking for

Very helpful arranging appointment and making changes. Gave me a discount for booking in summer and passed on discount for being local to staff.

Service for our ASHP, very good result and first class processes. Engineers are very knowledgeable and answered ALL our questions.

I asked Eco Installer to review my ASHP installation and they did this, giving me useful advice on what small changes could be done to ease servicing etc. Full marks for servicing (3 years) and pragmatic, honest, advice. Much appreciated.

Eco Installer have given good advice for us building a new home with them supplying the MVHR, Air source water and under floor heating and now give a regular checkups. Always friendly and helpful.

We had a heat pump service and some minor plumbing repairs. Mikey was thorough and fixed an issue with a diverter valve, which had been causing our radiators to waste heat in hot water only setting.

Mikey removed a radiator for me and installed a new one in a different location, he talked us through the process and was great throughout. Big thanks to Ashleigh for squeezing us in at short notice.

I had my heat pump serviced, and Chris did an excellent job. He not only completed the service efficiently but also identified a couple of issues with my heating system, specifically insufficient insulation on the outdoor pipework and a low antifreeze level. Following the inspection, he provided a clear and detailed report outlining the necessary remedial work.

We recently had a Solar PV System installed by Eco Installer. As someone that didn't know much about the products available but wanting to start our journey on a more Eco Friendly household Eco Installer were definitely the company to help us. From our initial enquiry and discussions with Becki and Barry right through to the completion of the project I cannot thank the team enough. Ashleigh was brilliant at keeping us updated throughout every step of the project and we would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Needed work doing to get heat pump cooling system working properly after company I'd paid to install it weng busy before finishing the job. The team were on time for every appointment and clear at every stage what was happening and what it would cost. I would definitely use them again
