First of all, this company seems to trade by many different names. From their emails, two names: PropCert and EnergyPerformance Certificates. When I phone them, they appear on my phone as TT Skate Properties. When I review them here on Trust Pilot, they appear as EcoApproach.co.uk. This doesn't inspire confidence.

More importantly, their service: While they did match me to a local provider (who seemed nice enough) to do the EICR, you have wait a long time on hold and then only reach operators who don’t know much. A big business.

After the inspection, I had to contact them to get my report. I was instructed to find the it in my online account. It wasn’t there. I tried to reach them by phone and email. After a couple days, they emailed me a report -- someone else's! Another couple days, more emails. Finally, I got the correct report.

As all this company (whatever it's called) does is match you to a local electrician and then add a big markup, for poor service, why not just use Google and go local directly?

Horrendously bad service. Prop cert couldn't be bothered to tell me the booked electrician was late, then they issued the wrong certificate. I spent a total of 2 hours today waiting for someone to answer the phone.
Avoid at all costs

Easy to make the arrangements for the EPC. Good communication with the person performing the job. He arrived on time and the certificate was delivered promptly. Reasonable cost as well. Overall great service.

On time, cheerful greeting, thorough, polite, no mess, chatty but not too chatty - Perfect, would definitely recommend.

I was very disappointed with your service, I booked for an EPC review on a Wednesday and gave a phone number of my tenant for you to arrange a visit to. On the following Monday I heard from my tenant that they had received no call so then called you and was told that your engineer had tried calling so I then tried calling you every day to check on progress and to check they had the right number to call and was told that they could still not contact the tenant. And then on the Thursday (8 days from the booking) I got a text message from another tenant requesting a call to arrange a visit. This tenant was for a property that you had performed an EPC over 2 years ago!!!!!
