Don’t use if you want accurate reports
Wouldn’t recommend using this company for your EPC. I was trying to get ahead of the selling process for my home.
My report states no smart meters when I have them and they saw them and took photos, also says minimal energy efficient lights most of my lights are LED.
When I reported this mistakes was told they would look into it still not sorted weeks later.

In short, we had no issues whatsoever with the electrical remedial work Ecoapproach did for us in our flat, so we would not hesitate to use them again. Recommended.

Long wait
It took 2 weeks to get an assessor’s round to conduct the inspection I accept there was a bank holiday just after I ordered but I had to keep calling and emailing then it took 2 working days for the certificate to be sent to me. If they could only be quicker with things they would have 5 stars as they are by far the cheapest company for a EPC
