Only part of my order came and customer service not interested, this is a scammer website , do not use !!!This company is linked to another sacmmer DESIGNATEM !!!! DO NOT USE EITHER OF THEM., TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN YOU EITHER GET NO GOODS OR WRONG ITEM AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT INTERESTED, JUST KEEP SENDING SAME REPLIES , CAN TELL ENGLISH IS NOT THEIR LANGUAGE WITH THE RESPONSES , IM GOiNG TO TAKE THIS ALL THE WAY TO GET MY MONEY BACK., SCUM IS TOO GOOD FOR THEM

** DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE** I ordered stick book for my student and product was send with default item. Not how it was advertised! It’s very misleading! They have refused to pay full refund as it’s expensive to return in CHINA!!

Bought 2 of the LED notepads, which is supposed to be reusable, but the marker pens sent don't rub off so the pad can only be used once.

Sent complaint & was offered £2.00 compensation!

I ordered something that was a tenner when I went to checkout it was 15 with postage so I thought fair enough I'll go ahead and oder.
When I checked my bank statement 19.35 had actually been taken.
When I went into my email confirmation I clicked on track oder and it tried to take me to a malicious website which Norton advised against.
That set an alarm bell ringing that I'd been scammed.
I contacted the eleceficrafts email to cancel my oder and request a refund and to complain about them taking the extra money, after 2 days they sent me a response which said the item had been dispatched instantly and couldn't be cancelled.
Please accept the order they said, you won't be disappointed they assured me.
2 weeks on I'm still waiting for the screen magnifier I ordered, that apparently was non cancellable because it was on its way to me at high speed.
I've accepted the fact that I'm probably not going to see the product and the company is in fact fake.
They did however give me the £4.35 back.
I'm so relieved I didn't order anything high value with them

Not happy with giving a 1 star but had no choice. Absolute scam artists. They have taken more money from my bank than the invoice states, not just a few pence either it is a sizeable amount. The items still haven’t been delivered I really wished I had read the reviews first. I contacted them immediately to ask why the wrong amount had been taken and had no response. I’m going to take this to trading standards and see where I get with it.

The products are poor and not fit for a toddler. I paid £20 for a LED kids drawing board. Absolute rubbish. When I asked for a refund they offered £3 then upped it to £5. Wanted yo charge me $25 to return it.

Do not use this site , they take your money and do not deliver . After a month of tracking received an empty sealed bag Emailed the company and they offered £2 compensation . When asked for a refund they no longer respond.

Ordered 6 mini book advent calendars…they’re shockingly poor quality…flimsy stapled copies of books instead of the hardback advertised. Paid £86 and they had the cheek to tell me they were the correct items and would offer me £9 in compensation. After over a week of back and forth emails, they have offered £27…it’s disgusting that this site is allowed to operate…the products are definitely counterfeit.

AVOID this business at all costs. I purchased 4 bracelets as gifts after seeing several ads on instagram. The bracelets arrived and the quality is beyond poor and not how they appeared online. I requested their returns policy (as nothing was in the package) and they have refused return. I have been going back and forth for 10 days, I have requested their complaints policy, they have refused that also. All they have offered is a measly £5 compensation. This is shocking. AVOID!!!!!

Scam website for children's toys on Facebook. There is another website with the same domain that sell different products.

Very unhelpful, didn't receive order, then started googling and they are under Scam alert !
