Placed an order start of Oct, got 'tracking info' to UK. Then nothing!
Have not received goods.
Def a SCAM !!

ordered never delivered despite chasing constantly. Kept being told to wait that was 8 weeks ago now and good still not received. A sham.

Awful, placed an order 2 months ago, since moved house. Wont ever get it, asked for refund. Nothing. Delivery was promised early, and the tracking info is awful

Don’t order terrible service. Place an order the 2nd November still waiting. Have sent emails not getting any replies.

Do NOT order from here. Absolutely appalling. I placed an order 1st November still not received. False promises then give you tracking number that you need to pay for the app to track ; then always saying‘awaiting information’

Truly awful. Ordered on 11th October and have been chasing, wouldn’t let me cancel, kept telling me to trust them. Ordered 3 items, same but different designs - 1 arrived today and I wish it hadn’t!!!! Dire is being too complimentary! Shoddy, cheap quality, falling apart and nothing like their advertised products. Complete load of rubbish - what a total waste, don’t waste your money or your breath. Just wish I’d have thought to check reviews BEFORE ordering.

I would give zero if I could. Goods not arrived. When I chase up my order, they miraculously update the shipping. They are a total scam and I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. How can we stop these people advertising on social media with fake reviews

Still waiting for my order ! I have emailed but the reply’s are all the same telling me to track. When I track there is no such order number 😡😡 0 out of 10

If I could give a negative score I would. Ordered a screen magnifier weeks ago and received nothing. Keep getting the same message from their Customer support - ‘ hope you get it soon , try it and hope you like it ‘

I would like to give a zero out of 10 - absolute joke. nearly 5 weeks after ordering nothing received, no tracking ref..paid via Paypal who have refunded me thankfully while they investigate..AVOID!!

Ordered at the beginning of October and kept getting ridiculous tracking emails from America then Ireland!! Then guess what??? When I called them out on it they stopped responding!!

DISGUSTING SCAMMING COMPANY DO NOT USE!!! Ordered 2 screen magnifiers, no tracking, email kept telling me to be patient, no product. Tried to tack more money. No refund. I niw have my bank involved who are investigating them.

I ordered two baubles for which they charged me the wrong amount of £28. When they arrived they were just cheap items with a bit of bent plastic inside.

I bought a card quiz game through Instagram. When it arrived a number of the cards had poor spelling, enough to make them unreadable, and many had incorrect answers, as if questions/answers had been mixed up in the printing process.
I contacted Customer Service and they told me to send photos, which I did.
They ignored these and said I had received the correct item, so there wasn't an issue. They offered me £3 as a goodwill gesture. The order had cost me £34
