ECL have done there best to get the job i wanted and thank them for the hard work they have done.

This is a special mention for Caroline Giess who works tirelessly for all her clients! She always works in the clients best interest and really does go above and beyond in the support she provides. I have been very impressed with the level of support. She doesn't rest until she finds the right job for the people she works with. Keep up the great work.

My experience with Erika at ECL has been extremely professional with addressing the needs for my brother-in law. The goal was to get Dean back into the workforce and rebuild his confidence, do what he is experienced in and, does well - we did it!

James has only meet with Kate a few times and we are already really impressed with how engaged James has been. James feel comfortable to ask questions and Kate is very good at rephrasing questions for James to get a better understanding. This is giving James a purpose and we are looking forward to see how it progresses

My consultant Lisa Webb is lovely and very understanding and accommodating of my needs. While we have yet to find anything concrete yet, things have been going well and the process has given me some confidence and guidance that I was missing prior.

Kelly Basham and ECL team members of staff has reached out to me and really gave me a lot of support and spending a lot of time for me in finding me a part time job at Pitsea and Basildon Crematorium. Kelly has a lot of patience in dealing with me. Kelly is loyal, caring and has gone above in her role with ECL. Kelly has been by my side from day one. When I first meet Kelly has spent a lot of time on her lap top looking for jobs that are suitable for me. Kelly has been honest with me and Kelly takes her job very seriously in helping different people in finding the jobs that they would like to do. me and Kelly speak on the phone in dealing with work situation and how to approach them in a professional way and especially with my behaviour in the work place. Kelly does guild me and pulls me up on certain things how to act and being respectful how other people are Kelly suburb in counselling in the work place and helps me in my conduct of behaviour I have grown more mature with Kelly help and grown up has a adult. Kelly sacrifice a lot of her time with me and I really appreciate it. Kelly does this do everyone she works with not just me I find Kelly a perfect example and show her team and she also helps her other work colleagues and they are all exceptional. I would love everyone to celebrate in there achievement that they do. many regards Edward Thompson

My advisor Chloe was very patient and supportive of me. I gained valuable skills for job interviews and applications and I've now found a paid job.

ECL are fantastic. My daughter's carer Linda is wonderful and they get on really well. They have a great relationship. I'd recommend ECL to other people.

My daughter Nichola attends Hesten Lodge and has done since the day it opened , some 30 odd years ago. I’m pleased to say the staff continually strive to stimulate our adult children . Not only in the centre itself but with regular outings to garden centres, shopping trips , even to the local eateries and weather permitting on walks in the local community and much more. The garden party that was put on last Wednesday 24th July , was a great success. The Ukulele band are very professional as was the Karate club who made up the entertainment for the afternoon. Not forgetting the gorgeous food and well behaved owl .Well done everyone at Hesten for all the extra effort that was put into what was a very successful afternoon.

I recently attended the Garden Party at Ecl Hesten in. Benfleet which was a fantastic event! I could see how much effort had gone into the day with all the beautiful food, entertainment and prizes. It was also great to see local community groups coming into the centre to provide clients with entertainment and creating a safe, stimulating and fun event for them and their families & carers. Thanks to the staff at Hesten for inviting me along and for the fantastic job they all do!

I visited Hesten Lodge for their fun day from a local care home and the staff and the way they care for the people there was very touching.The building looks like it needs some paint from the outside but the inside and back garden are lovely.The people who go there look like they need a lot of care and support and from what I could see the staff were with them all the time, they looked very caring.
I didn’t even know Hesten Lodge was there! The fun day was so good and we were made to feel very welcome, the food and entertainment was enjoyed by our residents! I have worked in care for 30 years and can tell when people really care and they do here.Thank you for inviting us, look forward to the next event!

Thank you Hesten Lodge for a lovely afternoon, great entertainment including Ukulele band, local karate club display and a beautiful owl to meet and a huge raffle with lots of prizzes. The buffet of food was amazing, especially the chocolate and banana cake and not forgetting the visit from the ice cream van. Was so nice to see people getting together from the young to the older generation, from local families, local day centres and local local care home. Well done Hesten Lodge you did yourelselves and your community proud. Looking forward to the next event 😀 xxx

Katie, our customer connect, is really helpful and supportive. She has helped my son, with ASD, to gain confidence and gain valuable experience not only in a working environment, in a voluntary setting, but also key social skills and better understanding of what is expected in a work setting. Katie's support has been invaluable. Without it my son would not progressed as far as has. He now feels ready to start seeking employment again, after some difficulties and set backs when first seeking work.

What an amazing team ECL are. Katie is an amazing Job Coach and has been a consistent throughout my son's employment. Katie thoroughly understands Joe's needs and has been so supportive throughout the whole employment experience.
Communication is excellent, emails answered and follows up on outstanding items with Joe's employer. A great team and people we can trust. THANK YOU

ECL are a fantastic team who have supported my daughter with ASD to find employment. Mel has exceeded my expectations for the level of support she has given to my daughter in finding work. ECL understand the individuals difficulties and adapt the process to ensure the best outcome. Fabulous service

ECL were great for helping me get back into employment after my previous contract ended. Right from the start Mel was very patient and understanding of my circumstances which I really appreciated, I was able to secure a position quicker than I thought too, would definitely recommend!

Wendy and reece have been really helpful, dispite how unusual my methods of doing things can be, they are both kind and know exactly what they are doing. This is a great service.

My mother has been attending ECL Highfields Chelmsford every week. She loves going and the ladies who work there are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and they are so kind and caring. This is the first time she has attended anything like this and it has helped her confidence hugely. I will always be grateful.
