After much research and contacting different companies to achieve three quotes, EHC Group Ltd came out on top and won the contract. They were very easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable from the outset. The roofers and electricians were highly professional and did a great job. We are delighted with the system, which is meeting all our expectations.

I selected ECH for my solar installation after much research. The service was very good. In particular Carl Hughes very very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right system for our needs. There was total transparency on the price from the start which was refreshing. The logistics team could of communicated changes better but the installation team were professional, polite and very good. I would have no hesitation in recommending ECH.

I was a bit concerned that the items were delivered the day before and left on the driveway, so I managed to get them into the house myself, but I wonder who would have been liable if they were stolen from the drive after I signed for them.
I’d have liked a bit of a hand with some of the big boxes and packaging that’s been left behind!
Other than that, the product is working well and the roofers and electricians were all lovely and did a great job

Excellent performance from beginning to end, from initial negotiations to timely installation and clearing up afterwards. Very pleasant and helpful people, on-site and in the office. Would recommend ECH to anyone.

Very impressed with the service. We had a few questions beforehand and Carl was always very happy to talk us through any queries we had. They came when they said they would, worked tirelessly all day and finally finished when it was getting dark. They all, the men fitting the panels and the electrician, left it all looking very tidy. We're very pleased with the job and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

14 panels, battery and Eddi fitted along with all necessary fixtures and fittings. Each step of the order and installation went very smoothly with good explanations as necessary. The installation team were quick, polite and tidy - a credit to ECH.

Recently had solar panels installed and would just like to say what a excellent job the install team done. came across a few complications during the install but was able to fix the issues quickly and complete the job within the time frame I needed. overall really impressed and would recommend ech to anyone.

Our system was installed 4 days ago and thus far appears to be working very well. The installers were very efficient and cleared up, leaving no mess behind. Everything was explained fully. Only comment would be that the paperwork needs checking carefully. Overall very impressed and pleased.

All I can say is that I would use this company again.

ECH engineers installed our solar panels yesterday. The installation went well and the panels are generating electricity, albeit at a low level as it is early on a cloudy day. Overall I am very happy with the quality of communications and installation.

Second installation as good as the first

 We originally had ECH Group instal Solar PV on our property in 2012. We had such a positive experience that when we moved we had no hesitation in using them to install another system, but this time a battery was included in the set up.

Their service was just as good as the first time and their after-sales support has been brilliant with any queries that we have had. Their staff are knowledgeable, polite and in our case very patient.
We would not hesitate to use them again if we were to move and had another requirement for Solar PV.

Very easy to contact. Available at all times to answer questions. Honest to explain when something is not needed in the package. Competitive price. Date for installation was given with no delay. Installers of both solar panels and electrician very professional and polite.

Great company

From start to finish ECH provided and quick and easy solution to solar installation. Carl is very knowledgeable and is happy to take the time to talk through your system and answer any questions you may have. At no point was I upsold any necessary accessories and I was given straight forward, no-nonsense answers to my queries.

The installation team also did a great job, arriving at about 10am, the job was completed and working by 3pm. The installation team were respectful of the property and their workmanship was excellent.

Carl Hughes rang me to give a price. There was no hard selling format, just a very competitive price.
The surveyor was sent, and quickly assessed the installation. He gave me a installation date for two weeks later.
The panel installers arrived at 8.00 am and started work. By 11.00 am the panels were all fitted and ready for the electrician. Everything was installed and wired by about 4.00 pm. Both the panel installers and the electrician were polite and professional.
I'm a very pleased customer.
