Our dealings with ECC were exemplary. With the help of Taylor, we were taken through the the whole legal process .
No promises made, but immediately felt that they were a huge shoulder to lean on.
Basically, our grievance was against a holiday park, and the value that they gave us on our lodge, on which we had been reassured would be healthy, should circumstances change.
My wife has been strongly advised to relocate to warmer climes due to ill health.
So 8 months after purchase, at a cost of £92,000, we were given a valuation of £40,000. Words don't convey our thoughts on our future. We felt trapped.
Fortunately, a friend suggested that we look at the ECC website.
Less than a month later we had a visit from a director of the holiday park.
A surprise but much appreciated.
It became obvious, that he was made aware of ECC involvement, and after a frank discussion, substantially increased his offer.
There's no doubt in our minds, if we hadn't had the backing of ECC, we would not be in the much healthier position that we are in now.

I was very sceptical about companies that can get you out of a Timeshare contract, especially within the US, due to all the scams that take place. However, ECC and my coordinator Steven John were brilliant, always reassuring and contactable throughout the process. He got us free of my Hilton and Massanutten timeshare within the US which was a very long-drawn-out legal process, but he succeeded, without any additional fees or overdue payments to pay during the and the end of the process. I fully recommend ECC and especially Steven Johns for their advice and removing the stranglehold timeshare companies have over us. Thank you, best wishes, Jeff

I have just said a final goodbye to my Westgate timeshare and Steven John from European Consumer Claims was with me all the way. Steven John, from the Contract Relinquisment Department is a source of constant amazement. From the second my details were passed to him he wasted no time in making contact. Never having dealt with Steven, I then settled in for, so I thought, the usual inevitable wait. Not so, immediately he provided a route through the first stage of the process, pre-writing my responses to organisations I needed to address. In this period of relative rest, I am left with my head in a whirl. Steven is super efficient, friendly (it was like being advised by a friend), and just plain gets things done. Roll on the next phase! I am filled with confidence. Great company, great representatives. After being scammed by a company long ago, I am happy to say that I have faith in this firm. Well done ECC, and especially Steven.

She has fought brilliantly, with ingenuity and totally deserves her epithets (please read the many examples of her successes on the internet). After receiving a phone call from ECC Regarding selling my timeshare, I spoke to a gentleman Mr Michael Carey.
Michael Carey was very helpful and polite he explained the procedure to myself and my wife very thoroughly, he took time to explain things which we wasn’t sure of

Me and my parents would like to say a BIG thank you to Steven John for all what he has done for us. Finally ending my parents Timeshare (Winpen) which they had in the early 80's, wanted this gone years ago but couldn't get anyone to help me, solicitors didn't want to know but ECC done it for us.
Also thank you to Callum at the start of it in October 2024
Also not forgetting Wendy, what a lovely person, such a friendly voice and she's there for you if you need her.
I would recommend ECC to help you with your timeshare exit, they are all so helpful and such lovely friendly peope

Michael's email to us on 21/2/25 was most helpful and at the same time sympathetic.Previous correspondence going on from 2022 always led us to believe that there was a claim for compensation,but that was not the case.Michael gave us some pointers towards lloyds bank section 75 without actually giving advise. They may be able to help towards the cost which was paid by credit card.He also made us aware of your ECC legal team who could assist if reqd at the same time making us aware of the compensation charge.

Free at last from my Timeshare that has been a burden for years on my health.
Steven John was able to calmly guide me through the barriers that the Timeshare company would keep presenting. I think I would of lost my mind without his calming advice.
