Timeshare relinquished.

I was apprehensive at the start with all the legalities and the time this was taking. We couldn't use the timeshare due to lack of availability and we got tired of paying management fees for nothing. We were put in touch with Steven John at ECC, he was very knowledgeable, excellent communication and responded to queries straight away. Once I spoke to Steven we were free of timeshare within a few weeks. Not sure what will happen with our claim but just happy to be out.

Matters appear to be improving

Was informed that as the man dealing with our case is on holiday and the previous lady left we could have an update of our case sent to us that day .This didn't happen and no longer waiting .I've rung and sent messages explaining we need e mails or messages and still nothing .This is so stressful for us both as all we seem to get is ,wheres our monthly payment .As no one does what they say they are going to do ,we are wondering what we are paying for ?.Can someone send the email with the updates on the case please .Today someone rang who is the 3rd case worker so I explained again from scratch ...Update ! Yesterday I got an apology from the company and we appreciate how hard they are trying to sort for us .I will of course keep you posted with an honest review as it appears that things are changing .

Without more details such as your ECC contract number or the names of people you are dealing with I can't locate you on our system, and I'd like to get in contact with you to get to the bottom what has happened here

The wait was worth it!

We decided that Diamond Resorts were trying to sell us more points, the carrot being that more properties would be made available to us. We were never aware that we were limited other than by our number of points available.
Enough was enough and we approached ECC for help. Having agreed to their terms and paid their fee nothing happened for months.
Following legal issues in Spain we were put in touch with Steven John at ECC.
What a "player". After a few minor delays we are out of our contract without paying any unpaid fees.
Get this man on the job and things happen.

Timeshare termination

From the first communication to the final result ECC were brilliant throughout the whole process. They always phoned or emailed when they said they would and helped me through every step of the way. I can’t praise them highly enough and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone who was thinking of exiting their timeshare.

I got fed up with mounting debt and…

I got fed up with mounting debt and extortionate fees from my timeshare, so enlisted the support of ECC. I was impressed by their professional approach. I dealt with a number of individuals as we moved through the process and was impressed by all them. Steven John delivered the final piece in the jigsaw, which was relinquishment of my timeshare contract, and no liability for further or outstanding fees.This was an excellent result achieved through Steven’s tuition.

It was quite a long process initially…

It was quite a long process initially but once Steve John was on the case - with his direct approach - the time share termination was resolved eventually. The time share company dragged their feet somewhat but eventually I am timeshare free. Thank you Steve.
I am just hoping now that I will be able to claim some compensation re mis selling to us all those years ago.

Released from Diamond Resorts…

Ours was a complicated case and on more than one occassion I was sceptical that we would be able to be helped to get away from Diamond Resorts. Steven took our case on and in his no nonsense manner provided clear instruction on what needed to be provided. Within a matter of days of our submission to Diamond we received notification of our successful application and we have today received confirmation we are free from future extortionate Management Fees and membership. For anyone considering a similar approach then trust in Steven and he will do his utmost to help.

Cancelling Diamond resorts contract

We were contacted in 2023 by ECC and told they could get us out of our contract with Diamond resorts and get us compensation for being missold as we did not recieve the service we were sold. We paid upfront fee and filled in the relevant paperwork. We got a call from ECC in 2025 advising us to forget compensation and just have the contract cancelled as this was the best way to ensure there would be no extra charges from Diamond resorts. We accepted this advise and passed to the relinquish department. Steven John called and promised to get us out of the contract within 2 weeks. Steven was extremely efficient allways answered when we called and we got an email from Diamond to cancel our contract in 4 days.

Thanks to Steven John for helping me dispose of my timeshare with Diamond Resorts Cromer country club it has been around my neck for years, and after trying to end my association with the resort over a number of years, Steven and the team at ECC have finally sorted this out. Can't recommend them enough especially Steven he kept his promise and followed it through he is a star
