Lucas helped me to day, with getting seats for my three tickets, I had from 6 months ago.
We was very polite and slowed down his talking as I requested. He explained everything. And had a pleasant personality.

Mister Marcus was very patient with me a mistake and booked the flight back home the wrong date and he help me to fix the problem. It took a little long but eventually it was doneNow to wait till the day of the flight let's see how that goes. Thank you so much Mr. Marcus.

I am disappointed with your attitude towards customers. These are scams and a waste of time.
They offered me a low price for a plane ticket. When I made the reservation, I received a reservation number and a message that it was being processed. I waited for 12 hours, I didn't get any answer either by email or by phone. When I asked what was going on, I got the answer that the tickets at that price were sold out, and he offered me a new price that was $500.00 more expensive. On other websites, the same flights are cheaper, but their new price.

These guys publish prices that are not real to get you to engage with them , then they claim that the deal is no longer available . I pushed the purchase button to confrim and I got a notice to say that the purchase went through , But wait a call within 30 mins told me it was no longer available and I was offered a new price that was nearly $1000 more . Scammers

Never again unless this is made right financially.
After booking online I was called and notified that the same flights were no longer available for sale at a discounted rate. It was explained to me that the “search engine” I was using was not up to date with the most recent price. I asked them as a business to honor what was honored that I had purchased and they refused. Then, I had to book the same flight schedule through them at a $500 increase- not including insurance, or any other extras that had been included in the previous purchase.
Btw- I spent an hour and 45 minutes discussing this with them to get it settled. Supervisors did not help and this business model of not honoring what is offered is terrible at its best.

I had reserved flights that really didn't meet my preferences and the agent helped me find flights that were just perfect. What a great experience. I'll quit wasting time and call you first next time. Thanks.

Max was incredibly patient, we were on the phone for over 90 minutes trying to book Azores Air whom we had a very difficult time booking directly via the website (did not recognize US credit cards - go figure). Then Azores Air would raise the prices mid booking but fail to finalize the booking.
Max sorted it all out, got us the best price possible, seat assignments, etc.
If you're considering going to the Azores, skip the airline website and go directly to Ebooktrip.

ebooktrip.com is a SCAM!!!

I booked flight for my wife through ebooktrip.com on 8/31/2023, she finished 1st half of the round trip. We received notification 1 month ago about cancellation/changes of flight from the Airline company, so we called ebooktrip.com at once to cancel the booking for the returning flight. They told me many times(because I call them every week several times) the request has been sent to the Airline company but until today the cancellation has not been done.
So I called the Airline today found out that they LIED! THEY NEVER SENT OUT THE REQUEST OBVIOUSLY THEY ARE DOING IT ON PURPOSE WAITING THE FLIGHT DATE TO PASS SO THE REQUEST WILL BE INVALID!!!

I will update this case later!

ANYBODY want to book with this company think it AGAIN!!!

update 02/17/2024

Called Airline on 02/15/2024 to cancel it but very difficult, after 5 times of tries, finally the Airline agreed to cancel it without approval from the ebooktrip.com as agency, the refund ref No. is EIA2401190.

Note I have published the review on 02/15/2024.
Then interesting things happend after I called THIS EBOOKTRIP.COM for 1 month many many times!!! Then I stopped calling them after 02/15/2024 when the airline approve the refund.

on 02/17/2024, the agency emailed me the refund will be credited to my original method, ref No is the same:EIA2401190.

So my conclusion is still the same: EBOOKTRIP.COM is a SCAM!!!

They were doing this on purpose to take adavantage of the commission no matter what kind losses/difficulties caused by it. It created loss of work time and life inconvenient to our family, WILL they compensate me????!!!!!

His accent made it hard to understand

After your representative told me that the basic economy fare was not available , I agreed to pay about $ 300 more to get Economy fare ( trip from Oregon to France ) .
You sent me a confirmation email for economy tickets for all segments ( roundtrip ) .
Then , when I double checked on the United app , my tickets were all in basic economy , which does not allow me to choose my seat , to make miles , and to take advantage of my status with Star Alliance ( gold member ) .
There is obvious cheating .
I talked to the representative ( Marcus ) , then to a manager ( Brexa ) for hours , with no resolution so far .
I left messages to the supervisor ( Ethan Brown ) who was supposed to call me back . I am still waiting …
