Nicola was so helpful and completely put my mind at ease. Fixing the complications we had in order for me to receive payment link. She checked in on me and asked how things were going and if she could help. I explained my saas is about to come to an end and she changed payment dates with ease to help reduce anxiety for me. Top Customer Service via telephone
Piyush has been an amazing help for me today. What has been a stressful 4 months of being passed between different companies, I was informed Wednesday I needed to speak to Ebenegate. Extremely dissapointed
Extremely dissapointed with the service, no one calls me no one emails me. I have had to call everytime to progress my file. I was told 2 weeks and its been 3 and still not resolved. If I hadn't called so frequnetly I am not sure how much longer it would have taken. The file gets passed around so different people dealing. Never have the right department when I call. I get transferred to different people everytime usually 3 sometimes 4 different people. Dealing with a really sensitive and stressful matter and they dont make it easy at all. I have anxierty every time I ring.
