Hello Troo??? Your website no longer exists and goes to some Chinese page worryingly! Has the company closed down. The last order was in 2023 but haven't been able to contact you since then. I really feel you should reply to these reviews. I've always liked your Troo Syrup which I used for cooking and porridge etc. I've got only 2 bottles left and wanted to order more. PLEASE REPLY TO THIS & OTHER COMMENTS & LET US KNOW FOR SURE THAT THE COMPANY HAS CLOSED DOWN?????

I am insulin resistant, and it has always been difficult for me to find a breakfast that suits my needs. When I ate Eattro, I had something tasty, and I never experienced blood sugar drops throughout the day. I was thrilled and willing to spend up to 6 per pack if they had raised the prices. I haven't found a similar breakfast since then. I'm sorry they're gone, and I hope they come back or that someone buys the company and the recipes.

Where have they gone? No one replying, no website.

What can I say, I loved Troo foods but since May 2023 when i tried to buy more seems impossible to actually buy anymore from these. No explanation given in my face book enquires. Up until then always reliable, whats happened? anyone know , even their web page is down, very disappointing

This is an update from March review. Eventually a reply from Troo in March to say product fibre syrup back on sale end of that week.Now late May and despite several emails from me to which there has been no reply for some months, there has been no fibre syrup for months or anything else it seems. Website has not been updated for ages. Really sad. Had they replied to emails and with honesty that they can't do many products now for various reasons, I would then have understood and also would have felt as if I had been treated with respect.

Have ordered Troo for a number of years, my last actual 6 jar order was actually in mid-February.

Only to find myself unexpectedly receiving an order a month later claiming the previous one was subscription, when that was not that case and tried unsuccessfully to cancel order via email without a response. Previous reviews would suggest am not the only one this has happened to.

On top of that, the unexpected March 6 jar order arrived with one jar smashed and have been unable to contact the company by either email or phone number, with both email and Instagram messages receiving an automated response.

Am disappointed by the lack of response and poor customer service.

I have used Troo for over a year so decided to place an order for 6 jars and couldn't find it at my local supermarket.

Received the 6 jars, opened the first one and found that even using a 1/4 of my usual amount (the recommended dose) was upsetting my tummy. Stopped using the product. Wrote off the remaining 5 jars as a learning curve.

Then received an email to say my subscription had renewed. I had not to my knowledge signed up for a subscription but immediately emailed the email at the bottom of confirmation to say please cancel order and subscription as couldn't use product.

My email wasn't replied to, and a few days later had dispatch notice. Emailed again, no reply, then again. Had email today with following comment: "So sorry to hear you’ve had a problem with our syrup but it does say that you shouldn’t use too much in one go as it is very high in fibre! Unfortunately, we do not accept returns as they are food items but we have now cancelled your subscription."

Now have 11 jars of Troo I can't use.

I have bought Eattroo for a couple of years but now a days i can not find the products anywhere. Even the company website has insufficient stock. What is going on??

Customer service is appalling. Delivered to billing address not delivery. Classed as my fault.

I used to really love Eat Troo products and buy them regularly.
Unfortunately I recently ordered a bundle off them that took over 2 weeks to arrive (indicates 4-5 working days on their website). I since moved house and they were not able to sort my missing order. They have repeatedly ignored or avoided my messages via email and Instagram. I have never experienced such poor customer service. They have made no effort to try and help sort the issue or reimburse me for this. I loved buying these products so this is a real shame and I am quite shocked at the lack of support they’ve given.

Having diabetes, I can’t eat too much sugar but find chemical sweeteners unhealthy.

Following a gut friendly diet I was delighted to find troo syrup. Not only is it sugar free it’s healthy too!

I use it in baking, crumbles and their lemon curd recipe is not only delicious but so easy.

Really tasty products and great customer service! Tried the Granola, Porridge and syrup and they are all amazing. Always really quick delivery even when I pick ‘no rush’. The chocolate syrup is amazing in plain porridge! I’m a customer for life 🥰

It works. It does what it says on the jar I’m surprised no one has mentioned flatulence !!
I had to stop using it as it bloats me up and gives me wind!
But I used it this morning on porridge and forgot and couldn’t for the life of me think what was going on in my gut.... then I remembered I’d had TROO

Have adored the granolas since they were first released! As someone that’s Gluten free it’s really hard to find a breakfast alternative that tastes good, let alone amazing! Chocolate orange is my go to. So pleased they changed the packaging, as a lot of online orders came through split. Ordered directly and they were exceptional and a hand written note was a lovely touch. Only bug bear is it can be hard to get hold of, unless you order direct (Ocado and Sainsbury’s sell out often).

What a great company! Customer service is exceptional! Their inulin syrups are revolutionary, for someone trying to cut sugar out (but battling a sweet tooth) the syrups are a god send. Hoping to see a grain free granola soon maybe (Keto...) But look forward to all new products by this company. I am totally invested in my health now so I'll keep ordering my syrups for my guilt free sugar fix!

I love everything about this brand! Not only is it absolutely delicious, but incredibly good for you - low in sugar and high in fibre. Made from totally natural ingredients with sustainable packaging (which is so fun and quirky) I look forward to eating this each morning for my breakfast and feel great knowing its doing me good, worth every penny. Fantastic customer service and a wonderful range of products. Cannot recommend this brand enough!

I bought this granola because of its incredibly low sugar content and its amazingly high fibre content. But a foodstuff should be nice to eat, I think, or at least tolerable. The granola had almost no taste or flavour at all, apart from a very faint aftertaste of TCP! I couldn't detect any cinnamon or any nuts. It was one of the strangest experiences, but I won't be repeating it, no matter what the health benefits.

Wanted to try Troo porridge because of the higher fibre content than my usual daily porridge. Was on offer in Sainsburys so thought I would give it a go. Bought chocolate and maca, takes 3mins which is longer than my 1min usual porridge. Well after waiting 3 mins I found the consistency lovely but the flavour didn't match up and in my honest opinion was pretty tasteless and bland. Next time I eat it, I will definitely add fruit or honey.

Never tried Troo before and then saw chamomile and ginger porridge about a month ago. I purchased 3 packs and I've just had the second bowl which was only better because I added some frozen mixed berries. Otherwise, it was bland and quite literally tasteless. I know it says gentle ginger, but it tastes like Ginger sent the bowl a text and didn't turn up in any capacity.
