I can honestly say this is by far the best meals I have eaten! They are the most freshest meals, and the healthiest as well. Their food appearance is also very appealing and match with what they have displayed on their website. However tastewise, 2 meals were not that good.

The reason I am giving 3 star instead of 5 is because of poor customer service. DPD kept the delivery outside our house in unsecure environment. When I asked them to check with the DPD, they appeared to blame me that I had not chosen the option of leaving with neighbourers which I did! In fact it's default option by DPD. Fortunately, we were able to find the parcel. Their team never bothered to check and inquire later to know if I actually received it. They showed no empathy. If it was actually stolen, then they were clearly liable for it and I could have easily claimed it as chargeback from bank. Instead of blaming the customer, they should fix and improve the delivery service.

I’ve been a customer for about 5 years, and the quality of the meal planning, ingredients, preparation and cooking of the meals is, as it has been from the start, simply exceptional and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this meal delivery service for anyone that doesn’t get cooking or is pushed for time, but wants to eat well too. It’s a great way to eat high quality and healthy food with absolutely no hassle at all very reasonable cost.

Unfortunately was food poisoned from the food but customer services claim it's not their fault and denied to even explore it. The food actually tasted great, so really sad.

I've tried another meal delivery service and Chefly is far superior in terms of the quality of the ingredients and taste. Great value for money.

It's quite simple why I'm giving Chefly 5 stars!
Chefly do exactly what they say they will - they deliver really good food - and you always have plenty of choice.
The prices are very reasonable and the whole process is really easy.
Further, if you need any help, Kaja, in particular, is a truly excellent and helpful company representative.
So, in a nutshell, Chefly is just all round excellent!

The meals are by far the best online ones I've had so far, and I've tried 3 other brands over the last 6 months.
Tonnes of choice in the meals. You can freeze them too no problem.

Customer service is really excellent. I'm not sure if they temporarily had issues with emailing (hence the bad reviews on here). I had an issue and originally emailed, to which there was no reply so I then used the online chat thing on their website and got timely replies on there. It was clear from my conversation on the chat that my emails unfortunately had not been received initially by the team. Anyway, I actually got a call from the founder and owner who was very motivated to help resolve my issue which I was really impressed with. (The issue was to do with my subscription and the number of meals on there which I needed to reduce).

Overall, very happy. 10/10. Issues happen, which can be frustrating for sure, but the resolve more than made up for the initial frustration and thats all I can ask for as a customer!

Very disappointed! Poor communication

We’ve been using Chefley and it’s honestly been a lifesaver, especially with a baby and young kids charging around.

The meals are delicious, and having proper, nourishing food ready in minutes removes so much stress (and mess!). It means I know I’m eating well and taking care of myself, without having to think about it.

They make it so easy. Highly recommend.

Hands down the best meal delivery company in the UK for flavour, value and service. Been buying off them for over a year now, and I can’t fault it. Highly recommended to anyone who loves good quality food at a good price. Thanks Chelfy team

Amazing food delivery service that truly saves me so much time and makes my work evenings a lot smoother!

I have been ordering food from Chefly for over 2 months now and the experience has been incredible! Amazing food choices (healthy and varied), promptly responsive staff and very polite. What greatly stood out last week is the fact that I had food delivered outside my door (as usual) but seemingly had my food stolen from a pedestrian passing by before bringing the box in myself. Chefly kindly went out of its way to provide me with available meals in the kitchen within 2 days (understandably, the meals eventually delivered weren’t 100% the same as those initially ordered, but they really went above and beyond to accomodate me, and provide me with the same quantity of foods.. on a positive note, I even tried further meals which I had never tried before, which I shall now consider in my weekly meals moving forward 🙂). This was massively appreciated as I have been an active customer of theirs for a couple of months now, and it meant a lot that they didn’t doubt me (ie. very easily someone could claim that their box got lost, so I am happy that they saw credibility in me, and, again, went above and beyond to assist me). Highly recommend them!!!

The best catering I ever tried

I recommend Chefly based on the positive experience and tasty food they have.

As far as meal deliveries go, I was always highly satisfied with Chefly's offering. The order process is simple, and their selection wide enough for even a picky eater like me.

I was looking for an option to have actually healthier and nutritional meals, when I myself can't really cook much from base ingredients, because of skill and time issues, and to find an alternative to cheap and harmful ready-made food. Chefly was a great choice in this aspect.

Furthermore what I value most is their flexibility. Yes they are running subscription based, but I could always pause it at any given time, so I could schedule ahead and see how much I can spend on it in a given month.

The food I think is suprisingly good for something you just chuck in a microwave, and ingredients carefully selected to make sure you're eating actual good edible food, let it be veggies, meat or fish etc.

Packaging is also good, seems sturdy and safe and they've also recently introduced colour coded sleeves so it's easy to pack and order them in the fridge.

Honestly I wish I could afford to order from them more often, but given the flexibility they have, I'm happy I can order whenever it suits my circumstances and for as long as I like.

Two separate batches of food now both have the same vinegary flavour. This week's batch is less oily than last week. Customer service seemed kind of cocky and said they prepare food to the same standards but they'd check with the kitchen and get back to me... Tonight's dinner (and the rest of them for the week) the packaging is like swollen and not vacuum sealed like it usually is? I've cancelled now, they don't really seem phased by unhappy customers.
