Innovative storage idea, fully recommended
Easy storage is a genuinely innovative idea that takes a lot of the more difficult aspects of storage (i.e. getting stuff there and then getting it back again) off your hands. The people who did both ends were professional, friendly and positive whilst also being quick and efficient. There were a couple of small issues with payments in the bit in between, but the customer service was excellent and things were sorted out with no stress, and I got all my stuff back today in the same condition it was when I last saw it 2 years ago.

Great service from Liam and Thomas!
After having a really good experience with the collection and storage of my items, I decided to re-book the delivery of them to my new address to save myself carrying everything up the stairs. Again, I was really impressed with Liam and Thomas who gave me a 5* service. They turned up on time, were friendly and helpful and did an excellent job carrying 3 crates of items upstairs on a hot and muggy day. I am so appreciative of this and would definitely book again in the future.
The staff on the phoneline were also very helpful and understanding when I needed to keep pushing my delivery back due to my new build being delayed. There was always availability within the next 3-4 days to re-book a new slot.

Time and energy saving, good service
I used easyStorage yesterday and thought it was a really good service. They arrived promptly and were friendly and very helpful. It took about 90 minutes to load up all my items and it was such a time and energy saver for me to have someone do this. There was one item (an IKEA glass cabinet) which was too risky to transport but this was explained and reasonable. I would recommend their Collect and Store service as a good option if you are not moving straight into your new house.

Very pleased and would have no hesitation recommending easy storage for their collection, just be prepared for expensive charges to return goods to your property
