easyStorage Andover - No Brainer
Using easyStorage Andover was a no brainer for me purely because of the support they are also looking to provide within the community. The sign up process was easy and the access process is so simple my 6yr old grandson can do it, literally!! I lOve that it has CCTV and is so conveniently located on the edge of town. I plan on using the facilities for many years to come and highly recommend to anyone!!

Going above and beyond thank you …
I had a unit already but needed another one which was easy to sort out but thought I wouldn’t need the 24hour access for the second. However on the day we were delayed and were not going to make it back to the unit in time. We called the number thinking no one would be there as it was 7.30 on a Saturday evening and in fact it went to voice mail so we didn’t bother. They then called us back saying that they had had a missed call from me. If that was impressive enough we explained our dilemma and the lovely man said he would make a few calls and see if he could sort something out and if he was able to organise it I would get an email. It took about 20 minutes and he called us back to say it was all sorted and we had the 24 access. Which really was amazing saved a lot of stress and an already very stressful day. With over 100 miles still to drive. The end result was that we didn’t have to empty half the bigger unit rearranging everything in order to get the next lot in and a potential 3 am finish we were able to load and be home with a cuppa by 11 pm.
Absolutely amazing service friendly professional staff. Going above and beyond normal remit of a the job.
