Super hilfreiches Tool. Einfach zu bedienen und umzusetzen. Viele dinge die man auch einfach nicht wusste. Auch Sachen die einem nicht bewusst waren, dass sie auf den Schlaf Einfluss nehmen können. Es hat uns sehr geholfen eine passende Schlafroutine einzuführen.
Wir hatten viele Fragen zum Schlafverhalten unserer Tochter, und das Tool hat sie alle beantwortet. Viele Dinge wussten wir vorher wirklich nicht.

Easy Sleep tool is an incredibly helpful resource for parents struggling with their baby's sleep patterns. The recommendations I received were practical and easy to follow. I especially appreciate how it considered my baby's wake windows, nighttime awakenings, and other circumstances of our family situation I shared in the questionnaire.
