Splashy surprise bath bombs are nothing like advertised. Completely false videos and information. There is no spinning, foaming or fun with the bath bombs. The toy inside is a choking hazard for any child under 4. Don't waste money on these, save your shipping cost and go to a store near you. My grandson has been more excited about McDonald's happy meal toys than these bath bombs.

They have FALSE advertisement! If I could give a 0 I would! The bombs do not foam up and spin like they show, the "toy" inside is only about 1" in size so not good for babies like they show in their videos! They also day they return your emails within 24 hrs, wrote 3 days ago, still nothing. Took almost 4 weeks to receive my order and surprise surprise came from China! They also doubled my order and Stole and extra $50 from me! Don't make the same mistake I did!

First time I've ordered from here, placed an order 2 weeks ago and had no communication since. I emailed 9 days ago to ask about my order and still nothing back. Very disappointed.

I bought from this company when they first launched and I couldn’t fault them. However a few years have passed and I thought I’d buy a few new things from them again …. Big mistake! 3 weeks since my order and it’s not even been fulfilled. I’ve tried calling, emailing, submitting a contact us form and social media all of which have went unanswered!! From looking at the reviews it would appear I’m not the only one. Company is still showing active on companies house so god knows what’s going on!

I never received my order, I have tried to contact splashy and I have had no reply back. No refund, nothing….. I have used them before so I’m very disappointed this time round

I put in 2 large orders and few weeks ago and never received a shipment confirmation. Emailed for an update and have not heard back. Extremely disappointing as this was for my business and I now must reimburse my students and cancel my printing.

I’ve ordered several times in the past from them without any problem at all. I’ve ordered twice this year, both orders gone ghost. No emails back, their phone number not even ringing, completely ghost. Gutted cos i really like their stuff

I failed to read reviews from Splashy UK before ordering (my mistake), the reviews are completely accurate. The website looks legit, they have such a good variety of streetwear available. But I ordered this on the 03/03/25 and haven't received any emails about them sending my order (which is very unusual as every company I’ve ordered online with has sent me an email telling me they have shipped my order within a few days of ordering). What makes me even more suspicious is that I’ve sent 2 emails, a Facebook and instagram message to them and haven't received any contact back. Totally fine if you’re a small business and may need a longer timeframe to send orders, but you could state this on your website and reply to emails to put customers minds at ease. I’m not sure it’s a scam but my gut feeling is that it is. Wouldn’t recommend this company, I am in the process of getting my money back through the bank

I have emailed and tried calling customer service.. no answer

Ordered January 16th no contract of them sent multiple emails and end up having to do a claim back on bank which splashy have now challenged but still not answering my emails how can you challenge me getting my money back for items I never received ? Never had problems in past but this time never again

I didnt recieve my order until now .I did Order was 27 december

Delivery times a little slow been waiting 2 weeks+ for my order but without doubt I’m gonna love my order as you can’t get these sort of unique clothing anywhere else so hopefully I can update with another review once my orders been received, UPDATE we’re now on the 22nd of December and still not received my parcel which I was expecting to have for Christmas absolutely gutted!!!

it’s been a month and my order hasn’t even been sent out yet delivered 👎🏽

Two weeks and order not arrived. Emailed them and no response after a few days. Tried calling and the number is "Out of Service". I don't know if or when I will receive the order. This review is for customer service. I ordered a standard off-the-shelf item with no personalisation or anything like that. I cannot comment on the item as I haven't received it (yet). But even if I do I think two weeks (and still waiting) is a long time.

Not impressed, customer service has been practically non existent.
Placed my order on 23 August , its now 2nd September. And no sign of my order or any reply to the email i've sent to enquire in an update ?
