What a guy ! I had to move from a popular Uddingston Main Street agent as the service was the worst I have ever experienced in my life ! Alan took over and handled everything ! He is always available evenings and weekends to make sure things are done promptly. I can honestly say I will never use another agent as he was very experienced and such a nice person to deal with .

Don’t hesitate to sell with Alan as it’s the best decision you will ever make and you won’t get ripped off with huge fees that the other high street agents charge .

Can’t thank Alan Shields enough for the amazing job he did selling my flat. He had sold my first property so I had no hesitation in contacting him again. He managed to get 18% above the asking price which is incredible. His knowledge of the market and his easy, professional approach has to be commended. The property went up for sale on Tuesday, viewings on Thursday, offers came in on the Friday and it was sold by Saturday. He kept me informed every step of the way and certainly reduced the stress of selling. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alan to anyone who has property to sell.
