Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt and the items bought were exactly what I was expecting.
On the less positive side, I feel that having to pay for returning goods is not a brilliant idea. The fact that the company does not have a shop at which to view the items means that the first time the customer sees what has been bought is when they are delivered. If the purchase is not as expected, a free returns policy would be appreciated.

Excellent customer service
We were kept informed about delivery times. The lights arrived on time but two shades were missing. EasyLighting immediately sent us the missing shades. The lights look very stylish and we are delighted with them.

Lampshade delivery
Lampshade thrown over gate as driver did not wait for it to be opened. Shade covered in tiny pieces of shredded cardboard which had got under the cellophane wrapping which was broken. All
