Communication was timely and effective from start to finish. Once I had received their samples, which arrived very promptly, and our choice was decided, the arrangements moved very smoothly. We used their fitting service and Lee did a great job of measuring and fitting. We are very happy with our blinds and with the whole process.

Ordering process was easy. Customer service support was excellent with a number of questions I had. Very quick response, and post support was also brilliant. Very good value and quality product. It works as hoped to shield heat and glare in the hot periods we are experiencing.

The only constructive feedback would be that the blind should be capable of stopping midway and not then affect to complete closure of the blind. You have to open the blind again before closing fully. This appears to be an oversight in the programme sequencing.

We were nervous sending payment in advance however reviews like these gave us confidence to proceed.
We are glad we did.

I am a GENUINE reviewer. I have NOT been incentivised in anyway to leave this review!! The blind is fantastic! Really minimal and unobtrusive. I measured, received and fitted the blind myself back in April, with full assistance from George, to save a little money. It was painless, and would be similar for any competent DIY person.

The blind was purchased as much for thermal insulation as it was to block out light. During a very cold night, early April, it made a huge difference to the temperature at the back of the whole house. Very important with the cost of energy!

I had a small issue setting my limits, which I now understand were already pre-set, but didn't realise. George was really helpful in resolving via a video call.

I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing your blind from Easy Lantern Blinds!!!

Update: 14/06/23 The rear of my house virtually turned into a 'green house' recently. Blind closed, problem solved!

Just had a large conservatory roof blind installed last week - I can honestly say that we had great help from George and Michelle from start to finish, always there to help and fantastic communications - opted for a professional installation by Peter, which all went smoothly. Couldn't be happier with the service!

Look no further for your blinds! After searching far and wide, Easy Lantern Blinds was by far the most competitive and offered the best customer service. George's client management skills have been superb from start to finish and most importantly this level of service was maintained in his after sales care too. Pete, our installer, lived up to the high standards George has set and was also a pleasure to deal with. We love our new blinds - they are very effective at blocking out light and heat in summer and have given a new feel to our living room and kitchen. The solar panel powered option meant no wires to be chased either which was super convenient. Highly recommend the company and the product!

Amazing customer service from George and Michelle. They were responsive to all our questions in the lead up to making the order and made the process really easy. Our blinds were delivered a bit earlier than expected and they managed to bring forward the installation date which was done by Mark. Overall very happy with the service and product. The Lantern Blind we bought is beautiful and the process from start to finish brilliant. George is very helpful and friendly. If fitting the blind by yourself it is easy as there is an easy youtube video to follow. Really excellent quality and would highly recommend to anyone who wishes to make changes to their conservatory. The timescale from start to finish was very fast as we stay in Scotland. They came very well packaged with no damage.

We just had our lantern blind installed today and are delighted, it looks brilliant! Very impressed with the whole service from Easy Lantern Blinds - from the beginning when we had a lot of questions about the different power options etc, to installation which was very professionally done. Very responsive throughout from order to booking in an installation date, and extremely good value. Highly recommend!

The ordering process is very straightforward and if you do need any help ordering they will contact very quickly to assist. I haven’t received my order as yet as it is still being made and will update once this has been received

Just had my battery operated Roof Lantern blind installed and we are extremely happy with it. From the moment we made the enquiry to the day it was installed George & Michelle's communication and assistance has been excellent. They are both really helpful and get back to you instantly if you have any questions. The guy that came to measure up and install the blind was professional, clean, tidy and very efficient. The finished product is of very good quality, so I would highly recommend using Easy Lantern Blinds UK.

Great company to deal with. The previous reviewer mentions the cost of samples however in my opinion its worth it as the blind was significantly cheaper than their competitors and from what I can tell uses the same Somfy components.

We did have a problem with their suppliers courier service. Our first delivery arrived damaged in transit which resulted in a missing remote and some damaged components.

George did everything possible to put this right, as did their manufacturers and we received replacements the next working day!

Once we had the replacement parts and everything installed (this was pretty time consuming but that depends on your DIY skills) the product itself is excellent and we noticed a temperature difference straight away (its 4 degrees outside). The room with the lantern is much more balanced temperature wise with the rest of the house now and we can open the blind closer to midday when its warmed up a bit outside.

In summary I would happily use and recommend Easy Lantern Blinds in future. If you're on the fence - just do it, you wont be disappointed.

Efficiently sent out blind samples although many were in colours we weren't interested in and they made a small charge whereas every other blind supplier we tried, although less generous in numbers, were free.

Exceptional customer service. From my very first enquiry George and Michelle were extremely helpful & knowledgeable and kept me up to date with the whole process they arranged for us to have the measuring & fitting service took the stresss out of it all. We went for the automated blackout roof blind with remote control with the Tahoma Smart controller as it link’s to our Alexa’s & It works perfectly. It is great at keeping the heat in in the winter and heat out in the summer. I would highly recommend them
