The kit worked perfectly and no issues. I installed myself, only comment would be to give yourself a suitable gap above the frame to work in, as clipping is quite difficult if access is compromised.

Communication was timely and effective from start to finish. Once I had received their samples, which arrived very promptly, and our choice was decided, the arrangements moved very smoothly. We used their fitting service and Lee did a great job of measuring and fitting. We are very happy with our blinds and with the whole process.

Ordering process was easy. Customer service support was excellent with a number of questions I had. Very quick response, and post support was also brilliant. Very good value and quality product. It works as hoped to shield heat and glare in the hot periods we are experiencing.

The only constructive feedback would be that the blind should be capable of stopping midway and not then affect to complete closure of the blind. You have to open the blind again before closing fully. This appears to be an oversight in the programme sequencing.

We were nervous sending payment in advance however reviews like these gave us confidence to proceed.
We are glad we did.

I am a GENUINE reviewer. I have NOT been incentivised in anyway to leave this review!! The blind is fantastic! Really minimal and unobtrusive. I measured, received and fitted the blind myself back in April, with full assistance from George, to save a little money. It was painless, and would be similar for any competent DIY person.

The blind was purchased as much for thermal insulation as it was to block out light. During a very cold night, early April, it made a huge difference to the temperature at the back of the whole house. Very important with the cost of energy!

I had a small issue setting my limits, which I now understand were already pre-set, but didn't realise. George was really helpful in resolving via a video call.

I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing your blind from Easy Lantern Blinds!!!

Update: 14/06/23 The rear of my house virtually turned into a 'green house' recently. Blind closed, problem solved!

Just had a large conservatory roof blind installed last week - I can honestly say that we had great help from George and Michelle from start to finish, always there to help and fantastic communications - opted for a professional installation by Peter, which all went smoothly. Couldn't be happier with the service!
