Simon, Mark, Kieth (Pirate), Charlotte and others were helpful knowledgeable.
We mainly dealt with Simon, who designed our bathroom and cloakroom producing a scale model plan and three D images. He helped guide us through this process and produced a document for all the components and fitting requirements. He also arranged for a credit when we returned some items which in the end were not required. The delivery guys form Huddersfield were excellent working with us to get the pallets as near as possible into our garden Highly Recommend Simon and all the team at Easy Bathrooms Derby

Well informed in showroom & easy to order.Delivered 1day early due to bankholiday,but no problem. Driver great& willing to put plt where we wanted.

Helpful showroom staff and the delivery was quite easy and arrived as we arranged.
But... They sent the wrongs tiles (ordered blue got brown!) and the fitters were ready to tile so I had to drive to Wakefield and wait for 30 minutes+ for them to find the right tiles or lose my fitters as we had to wait till the following week for delivery. They also sent the exact square meterage of tiles so with the cuts needed we didn't have enough. I got a small discount on the tiles extra I had to buy but still not impressed. The warehouse guys were friendly and helpful though.

Great experience from end to end - from our initial visit to the showroom to completion of the installation. Thank you for enabling a wonderful new bathroom.

The company was recommended to us by our installer. The showrooms provided a fantastic range of bathrooms to choose from showing them in the "flesh" rather than as products on shelves or in brochures. The designer was incredibly helpful, creating basic design concepts which we added to and changed during the interview and guided within showroom to see actual product. All in all a very pleasant experience

There were very helpful and very patient a very good service

I was told in showroom that reduced price ended on the .Monday, so I rushed to buy the tiles but it didn't end.

I found out the delivery charge was £75, so I rang up and asked if I could collect but I was not allowed to due to size of order (8 boxes). So I said can I cancel and make 2 separate orders so that I can collect. I was told that I couldn't because the warehouse would link the 2 orders together.
I later found out that my mum had bought a vanity unit from there and the delivery charge was £75.

Happy to pay a reasonable delivery charge but extortionate delivery charge without option to collect is not on.
The actual delivery was not good either. I had a call from my son saying they had dropped tiles on pavement, in thick snow, so by the time I got home, the boxes were soggy.
This was from Derby branch and I will not be using them again.

We had a really good experience with Mark, organising and being very helpful with our new en-suite. We had it fitted by Ryan and Ryan last week. I cannot thank them enough for being respectful of our home, fitting our new en-suite to our amazement, bringing this en-suite dream to life. All rubbish was cleared. We would use this company again. Thank you once again Easy Bathrooms, you made our purchase very easy.

The staff we encountered on our first and subsequent visits were all knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
Our order arrived promptly and we were pleased with the quality of the tiles we ordered.

Product is nice and fairly priced

This is our 2nd bathroom suite purchased from the Derby shop. Fi and the other staff have been very helpful and patient. With the helpful ideas, we finally decided on a design and tiles. We can’t thank you enough! Keep up the good work.

It’s unusual to find a supplier that combines an innovative and well-priced product range with genuinely good service — but Easy Bathrooms does exactly that.
My journey started when a neighbour showed me her new bathroom. I was particularly impressed by the tiles, in this case the Bonito range, which I discovered was stocked exclusively by Easy Bathrooms. A visit to the showroom confirmed that their entire tile range is contemporary, well curated, and competitively priced. I ordered samples and later placed my purchases.
I was building a new house with four bathrooms, and in the end I used Easy Bathrooms for all of my tiles, as well as some cabinets and sanitary ware. Across a large order, issues were handled impeccably: one box of tiles was faulty and replaced without fuss; a single damaged tile was also replaced quickly; and a cabinet was returned after a room size change made it unsuitable. The ease of these resolutions says a great deal about a company’s after-sales service.
On one occasion I even collected tiles directly from the Wakefield warehouse to keep pace with my tilers. I was genuinely astonished by the scale of the operation — a vast warehouse filled wall-to-wall with bathroom products. It’s a clear testament to Easy Bathrooms’ business ethos and explains why the company is so successful.

I purchased several items from Easy Bathrooms via their online store, using a mix of home delivery and in-store collection. Overall, I was very happy with both the quality of the products and the service provided.

The in-store staff were helpful, polite, and knowledgeable, which made the collection process smooth. One item, a shower mixer valve, was unfortunately faulty and slightly bent. I noticed this in the car park, returned to the store immediately, and showed the issue to the team.

They reordered a replacement straight away, with no fuss, and it was delivered within three days. The issue was handled quickly and professionally, which was great.

Products and customer service were excellent.

Staff were very knowledgeable & helpful. The process was easy. We had an issue with wrong tiles being delivered but was quickly resolved & we received the correct ones in a few days. All in all a very easy & pleasant experience. Many thanks
