Eastern Surveyors are a top tier…
Eastern Surveyors are a top tier company. Alex provided clear guidance and effective communication throughout the whole process, providing timely updates and having a warm, friendly and professional approach. George’s survey was so detailed, with HD imaging to back his comprehensive reporting, and his walk through of the report was clear and concise, allowing us to make a measured decision. We would have no hesitation to recommend them to others. Carlsberg don’t do surveyors but if they did then Eastern Surveyors would be the best surveyors in the world…probably!

10 out of 10! I cannot recommend Eastern Surveyors enough. They're very competitive on price, highly responsive on emails and George was absolutely fantastic at taking the time to speak with us and explain any issues in full detail.
The property we were looking at had a lot of significant issues and George took the time to go through everything over the phone, making sure we understood the extent of the issues, stopping us from making a huge financial mistake, which I am incredibly grateful for.
Because of the issues at the property, George advised if we didn't want him to write the report up, we would be refunded half of the fee. We agreed not to have the report written up, and we received the refund within 20 minutes.
I wouldn't hesitate to use them again - 5 stars!!

As per our terms, this is offered in such extreme scenarios where there is a vast amount of significant/dangerous issues at the property that may even make it unmortgageable until addressed. We are glad we found these issues for you, which were considerable.

Had we not had such a thorough survey on the property we were looking to purchase, we would not have been made aware of some serious issues that made us think twice about the sale. Thanks to the survey we were able to save ourselves a lot of hassle and money buying a house with such issues.
Highly recommend and would use again.
